Oh no, what’s this? Another podcast about mental health?
Don’t worry, this is a journey unlike any other. We use mental health as a road map, and then we fold it up and chuck it in the boot.
This is an off-piste conversation about music, life, running, and words we’ve had to Google.
Each week we speak to a guest about an album of their choice. We nibble away at the record until we are left with three tasty words that leave a delicious taste in your ears.
Does that make sense? Probably not.
Oh well, tune in to find out more!

Sausage in a Thermos!?

This has been a great thing to listen to. I look forward to these coming out and am never disappointed. If you’re feeling down, these two will turn your frown upside down etc. A great combo, I wish we were mates. Thanks yeah!

Silly and brilliantly uplifting

I’m loving the idea of a podcast with two guys who have never met, but who have a shared love of music and health.
The relaxed and gentle format of laid back chat about music, with that gentle nod to mental health and wellness is great to hear right now.
In a world of hard hitting news and statistics I love to listen to the chilled and funny going’s on of these two lovely guys.
Interactive , informative and fun .

My new must - funny and inciting

Jimmy and Ian voice off each other brilliantly, the pod is funny but has a subtle but interesting thread around better mental health

Highly recommended!
