All My Fantasy Children

This podcast is brilliant!! 😊I found this through Skyjacks: Couriers Call, which also features Aaron Catano Saez as one of the characters, Cici; which is also great so check that out. I’m having a lot of fun listening to the episodes from the beginning and finding out all the lore of Fantasy, the world that Aaron and Jeff have created for All Their Fantasy Children (see what I did there) which is excellent. The concept of them creating characters based on listener prompts and somehow managing to weave them into the world and interconnect them to the OTHER characters they’ve made is truly mind boggling and fantastic. I also like how they roll dice on tables (something I am unfamiliar with but really love) to determine their characters personality, flaw, ideals etc; and nearly always the table they roll on has the most spot on choice for that character. Aaron and Jeff have amazing range in their voice acting, they are so funny and the way they bounce off each other is such a lovely thing to hear. I also appreciate the little pop culture references of video games, anime etc sprinkled throughout too. Trust me. Listen to this podcast and it will brighten your day up no end. You will laugh nonstop, your jaw will drop at the interconnected lore and you will feel as though you are listening to one of the greatest stories ever. Update 2024: I finished listening to the entire backlog a while back and I forgot to update it here! 🤦‍♀️ I LOVE this podcast, and the world that Jeff and Aaron have created, it’s a love letter to fantasy as a genre; but they have their own twist to it that makes Fantasy (their world name) completely unique by prioritising compassion and kindness where every species is kind to each other, which I really love and think we need more of. I also think the Verbal Hugs each episode are adorable, and I’ve appreciated every single one of them. I think it’s such a lovely concept that gives a lot to their listeners. 💖 All My Fantasy Children is one of my favourite podcasts, and I always have a smile on my face each time I listen. Thank you to Aaron and Jeff for creating it!
