AUDICITY TO BE HUMAN- Episode 2 "Confidence Faces Her Humanity" by Mary H. Fernandez

Send us Fan Mail THE AUDACITY TO BE HUMAN NEW SERIES BEGAN WHEN I WAS  FEELING HOPEFUL AND FELT I SHOULD SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE: Thinking out loud - I wanted to write a blog about:  audacity, not exactly audacity, but imposter syndrome versus versus hypocrisy. My pain journey for the last year and a half, was quite an interesting journey. Not that it's over, but I am understanding what I'm dealing with, and I do expect 100% recovery because that's how my mind works.  So last year, because of the attention and the time it took to work through my pain and understand how and what  I needed to do within my power to heal through that situation,  I would not show up as I would normally show up because I felt like a hypocrite and did not feel honorable doing lives, podcasts or or videos or anything that was about me because I'm usually a high energy, high excitement, powerful belief person type, and I wasn't feeling it. I was waking up so that I could hurry thru the day so that I could and go to bed that night to get away from the pain. and I'm not a pain pill type person. I was expecting some kind of improvement, but the improvement was so slow, I through that I should push thru. But it eventually  that led to me denying the situation and ending up going back to my doctor who scheduled surgery, which did happen this year. While preparing for surgery the assistant said, yes I am guilty as well of thinking in the past that I should push thru pain and put off getting help as long as possible also -but we both have changed.  Okay, so that's a new level of this experience.  Imposter syndrome, when you're motivating and encouraging your clients, you want to be authentic. So I feel that if you feel a certain way, While you're going through your own personal experience or reality,  if you share it, it is not to affirm whatever situation you're going through, it's to acknowledge it.  I've learned from my mentors and my coaches that you don't have to pretend like you're not going through extreme pain in certain limbs of your body.   That same awesome health trainer taught me that you:don't compare yourself to other people and their pain and not give yourself the attention or the affirmation that, yes, this feels like a 50, on a one to5 0 scale, this feels like a 50, but I'm doing all I know to do to get through itMy mind was having a difficult time  with being honest and authentic.  I didn't show up almost 99.9% of the time for that year and I almost didn't realize it, but I was in the background working on projects and things I believed in.   THIS NEW SERIES WAS BORN...out of trying to deal with the fact that we as humans do go through things, and sometimes we just have to affirm and acknowledge it.  Episode 1: Meet Confidence-The woman they See Support the show THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LISTENING AND VIEWING OUR PODCAST! Morning Inspiration to Encourage You on Your Journey

Send us Fan Mail Maximizing your day begins with "You" -MAKING TIME TO CENTER YOUR SOUL!  Welcome to Morning Inspirations with  host Mary H Fernandez!! Developing empowering beliefs is a transformative process that begins with recognizing how your thoughts influence your actions and emotions. When you approach challenges with a mindset focused on growth and possibility, setbacks can become powerful learning experiences.  Instead of seeing failure as a destination, you view it as a step on the journey toward success. This shift in perspective empowers you to stay motivated and resilient when faced with difficulties. Another empowering belief is to trust in your ability to adapt and learn. Remind yourself that skills and intelligence are not fixed traits; they can be cultivated with consistent effort and patience.  When you believe you can improve, you open yourself up to new opportunities and embrace challenges as invitations to grow. Over time, this belief fosters greater confidence and helps you break through barriers that once seemed insurmountable. Additionally, cultivating an attitude of gratitude can transform how you experience each day.  PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO BE KIND!!    We too often take the people in or lives even our selves for granted. By focusing on what you have and appreciating the small joys in life, you train your mind to notice abundance rather than lack.  This habit not only boosts your happiness but also strengthens your resolve when facing obstacles, making it easier to see possibilities where others see roadblocks.  By integrating these empowering beliefs into your daily life, you set the stage for lasting happiness and success, regardless of your external circumstances.  Love to hear your comments and take a ways!! High Impact Results with Power, Purpose and Productivity Game Changers Membership Launch

Send us Fan Mail No one tells you the little big details when launching a business or  project.  My business was not set up correctly, yet I attended every learning opportunity I could find. I learned powerful opportunities for  Start ups and Established Businesses, but I was not set up correctly to gain  those opportunities. Here it is years later.  I learned that one of the organizations that was teaching opportunities was just as internally confused and frustrated themselves about the confusing steps it took for individuals including themselves to use.  How do I know that?  Just this year, they shared that those days are gone and things are better for them and clients.  Lesson,  It all worked out for my good!  We are on track.  Just don't give up on your dream.  Your Purpose or calling!    I invested a lot of time on the business and personal development journey until I hit massive content, skills and in the field experience with clients that included  speakers, PTA Presidents, politicians, entrepreneurs,  community groups  and business leaders, Those experiences inspired me to create resources that help others avoid a lot of frustration and time.  In fact, I've built an entire space where members can get tools every month to add to their knowledge base.   It only gets better! This membership. I created this space because I know how overwhelming it can be to  keep showing up and still not make any revenue or  progress ...where you feel that breakthrough is just so close.  Please stay tuned, I got more value coming your way in the next few days as we get ready for the HIGH IMPACT RESULTS- GAME CHANGERS MEMBERSHIP!
