I’ve deducted a star because as I’ve found so often in these scary stories podcasts, amongst the good creepy ones are the “wring every ounce of air time out of it as I can, even if it’s not true” narrators where the first story is good and creepy, but then they just cannot resist adding something else on at a different house and then something else happens, blah, blah, and it gets more outlandish and unlikely and the telling smacks of making it up as they’re going along. It’s so irritating and completely spoils the initial decent story. Just tell one story and let’s enjoy that one. Stop embellishing and inventing; it’s unnecessary and annoying.
