Why Your Identity Shapes Everything with Greg Fearon | RT070 (VBM)

// OUR REAL-ATIONSHIP TALK PODCAST: VOICES OF BLACK MEN SERIES GUEST // Greg Fearon is The Identity Architect — founder of The Million Dollar Body Method, a premium health and identity transformation program for high-achieving corporate women at the £6k level. His path to this work is anything but conventional. He spent years in clinical settings at UCLH, where world-class consultants referred patients to him when medical optimisation wasn't enough. He led corporate teams of 300 people. He's trained in kung fu, tai chi, and Muay Thai for decades, with a philosophy he calls the "90-year-old ninja" approach — sustainable, long-term performance over short term results. That background gave him something rare: the ability to see patterns other coaches miss entirely. His clients are General Counsels, HR Directors, and C-suite executives — women who are among the best in the world at what they do professionally, yet can't make their health consistent. Greg's diagnosis is precise: the problem isn't motivation, discipline, or the right protocol. It's an identity conflict between who they are at work and who they believe they're allowed to be outside of it. He calls this Level 3 work. Most coaches operate at Level 1 (tactics and plans) or Level 2 (nervous system regulation). Greg works at the root — identity architecture — which is why his results go well beyond the physical. Clients get consistent health, recovered energy, and often, a complete restructure of how they live and work. His core insight: your biology can't outrun your identity. // WHAT WE COVER IN THIS EPISODE // - Why your identity is so important in shaping both your personal and professional growth, and why the way you show up in each can’t truly be separated. - Greg shares his daily method of operation, a simple practice that brings him a deep sense of fulfilment in life and in his relationship. - When asked what we as a society can do better to support Black men, Greg offers a thought-provoking perspective: stop relying on society. You’ll discover why during the episode. - Greg reveals the one question every man, and especially Black men and men of Black heritage, ought to consider asking themselves regularly. And so much more! 💛 If you're struggling or feeling overwhelmed right now, please know you are not alone. Support is available, and reaching out can make all the difference. 📞 If you’re based in the UK, you can call Samaritans on 116 123 (free, available 24/7). 🌍 If you’re outside the UK, you can find international hotlines through this resource: https://findahelpline.com To find out more about Greg, you can connect with him on the links below: Website: https://www.gregfearon.co.uk  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/greg-fearon  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_gregfearon Connect directly with Teresha here: Website: https://tereshayoung.com YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/tereshayoung Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TereshaYoungRestyler LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tereshayoung Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tereshayoung X (Twitter): https://twitter.com/tereshayoung Threads: https://www.threads.net/@tereshayoung Email: letsconnect@tereshayoung.com
