Meet The Pediatrician an NIH Assistant Director Called a “Clown”.

NIHGate Part 2: “You Are a Clown.” An NIH Official’s Facebook Account Versus a Florida Pediatrician When a Florida pediatrician spoke up on vaccines, an NIH-linked Facebook account came after him. Here’s his side. I didn’t go looking for Dr. Brian Thornburg. I went looking for Ajay Vatave. If you read my last NIHGate piece, you know how this started. I posted a photo with Russell Brand. A man named Ajay Vatave showed up in the comments. His Facebook profile lists the National Institutes of Health, Chevy Chase, Maryland, and UC Santa Cruz. I had a hunch this wasn’t his first time. It wasn’t. In a very short amount of time I was able to uncover a treasure trove of posts from the Ajay Vatave facebook account. About eleven or twelve weeks earlier, on a Facebook reel by Dr. Thornburg Wellness called “Vaccines & The Immune System Pt. 2,” the same account went to work. I screen-grabbed what I found. According to what I’ve been told, those comments have since been deleted. The screenshots are below. Who is Dr. Thornburg? Dr. Brian Thornburg is a board-certified pediatrician in Naples, Florida. He has practiced since 2003. He told me he serves as medical director of the child abuse team in Collier County. He has eight kids. By his own account, he was a philosophy major before he ever took a science class. He calls himself the “informed consent pediatrician.” That is how he came to medical freedom: slowly, through his own patients’ questions. “I said, well, let me see the literature that you’re looking at,” he told me. “Here I was expecting to set the record straight for them because they weren’t doctors, and I ended up being the one that was flipped.” The reel In the video, Thornburg pushed back on pediatric influencers who argue that a baby crawling on the floor meets thousands of antigens, so a few more from shots are nothing. His point: route and timing matter. Germs on the floor meet the body’s mucosal defenses. A shot goes into the muscle. “The route that we intake of virus, bacteria, or fungus matters,” he told me. “The timing of an introduction of virus, bacteria, or fungus matters.” You can agree or disagree. That’s what debate is for. Enter the troll Here is how the comment from the Vatave account opened, exactly as written: “I am happy to debate you and I will completely obliterate your BS with actual valid biomedical studies…and hey if you are so confident why don’t you take down your disclaimer and hold yourself liable…that was rhetorical we both know why you won’t do that…you are a clown.” I asked Dr. Thornburg whether he had ever worked in a circus. He said no. So that claim doesn’t check out. When Thornburg accepted the debate, the account replied: “great, I’ll attend. This will defintely not go well for you, but if you want to put yourself out there with ZERO scientific basis ok. I have two conditions: One, you confirm your state medical board participation. Two, you remove your cheeky medical disclaimer from all of your social media posts.” Read that first condition again. Confirm your state medical board participation. Why is that condition number one in a debate about immunology? Thornburg wasn’t rattled. “This wasn’t my first rodeo on somebody threatening me,” he said. Of physicians who threatened to report him during COVID, he said: “Nobody can take that license away.” As for the “cheeky” disclaimer, he checked who else posts one. “The CDC does it. Johns Hopkins does it,” he told me. “Mayo Clinic does it.” “Explain.” Next came the credential check: “well you know what is interesting to me right now is I can not find one published study from you in pubmed..explain.” Then: “now we know you are not, that’s fine at least everyone here knows now you haven’t conducted any scientific studies in this space…” Thornburg’s answer: practicing physicians read research and apply it. That’s what journal club is. They don’t treat researchers “as if they were a clergy.” Demanding a publication record before you’ll engage “is just another version of an ad hominem attack.” The papers To his credit, the account did post sources. I looked up every one. - PMID 21739679: Pulendran & Ahmed, “Immunological mechanisms of vaccination,” Nature Immunology, 2011. - PMID 31594419: Sell, “How vaccines work: immune effector mechanisms and designer vaccines,” Expert Review of Vaccines, 2019. - PMID 29172780: Vetter et al., “Understanding modern-day vaccines: what you need to know,” Annals of Medicine, 2018. The authors are listed with GSK and MSD (Merck). - PMC9324514: Howard et al., “Understanding Immune Responses to Viruses—Do Underlying Th1/Th2 Cell Biases Predict Outcome?” Viruses, 2022. These are legitimate review papers. They explain how vaccines produce immunity. But none of them is a safety trial of the infant schedule given all at once, and that was the question on the table. One of the three “explain all of the mechanistic pathways” papers was written by people at two vaccine manufacturers. The Pulendran paper itself says most successful vaccines “have been made empirically, with little or no immunological insight.” Even the account’s last reply conceded ground on the Th1/Th2 “skew” Thornburg raised: “skew is real and skew may have health impacts, the degree of impacts doesn’t seem to be quite well understood at this point…” Not quite “obliterated.” Who is Ajay Vatave? His Facebook profile lists the National Institutes of Health. Public NIH pages list an Ajay Vatave, M.D., M.P.H., as Assistant Director for Tools and Analytics in the Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Reporting, inside the NIH Director’s office. Conference bios describe him as a public health physician who built NIH’s system for tracking research investments. He demanded that Dr. Thornburg “confirm” his state medical board participation. So I checked his. On October 17, 2026, searches of the Maryland Board of Physicians and the Virginia Department of Health Professions license lookups found no medical license under his name, and the federal NPPES NPI Registry lists no provider number for him. To be fair: an MBBS or M.D. is a recognized medical degree, and many NIH administrative and analytics roles don’t require a clinical license. I’m not saying he’s practicing medicine. I’m saying the man who asked a practicing pediatrician to confirm his board standing doesn’t appear in the databases I searched. To be clear: I have no evidence that he posted on NIH time, or that he spoke for the NIH. These look like personal posts. But here’s my question. If a taxpayer-funded official tells a practicing pediatrician to “confirm your state medical board participation” before he’ll talk science, what is that supposed to accomplish? Thornburg put it plainly. “I am coming to this with good faith and with science, and this guy is turning it into, you know, to use his word, a circus.” And this: “I have yet to meet any of you who haven’t just put up a series of conditions.” The debate never happened. The MD on the Website In the interview, Dr. Thornburg and I also talked about another doctor: Dr. Mandeep R. Mehra of Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a co-author of the retracted Surgisphere hydroxychloroquine study I covered in Epidemic of Fraud. Mehra was the lead author of the May 22, 2020 Lancet study, built on Surgisphere data, that claimed hydroxychloroquine raised the risk of death. Three days later, the WHO paused the hydroxychloroquine arm of its Solidarity trial. Less than two weeks after publication, Mehra and two co-authors retracted it, writing that “we can no longer vouch for the veracity of the primary data sources,” and a Surgisphere paper he led in the New England Journal of Medicine was retracted the same day. Mehra said, “I no longer have confidence in the origination and veracity of the data, nor the findings they have led to.“ That story is at the heart of Epidemic of Fraud. And this is the doctor whose hospital listing says MD. Mass General Brigham’s profile lists him as “Mandeep R Mehra, MD, MSC.” Scroll down to his training and there it is: “MBBS training requires a mandatory internship year to achieve licensure.” In this excerpt from Epidemic of Fraud, Mehra appears in a May 2020 TV interview saying: “it is high quality evidence the off label use of these medications in hospitalized patients with covid should immediately stop.” Here’s my view. MD stands for Medicinae Doctor, Latin for “Doctor of Medicine.” In the U.S., it’s earned after a four-year college degree and four years of medical school. MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, two bachelor’s degrees, usually started straight out of high school. When patients see “MD” after a name, most assume the American path. When a hospital lists “MD” for a doctor whose degree is an MBBS, patients deserve to have that disclosed. They should know the doctor treating them may have years less formal education than an American-trained MD. Yes, U.S. medical boards license MBBS graduates, once they pass a separate foreign-graduate certification and complete a U.S. residency. That doesn’t change what the letters on the website tell a patient. That’s informed consent. Mehra has been open about it himself. On the Parallax podcast (Radcliffe Cardiology, uploaded January 4, 2022), he said he went to Columbus, Ohio “after finishing my MBBS, which is the undergraduate medical degree in India, the equivalent of the MD degree in the US.” He said that as he “was finishing med school,” he met Sister Elizabeth Burns, an Ohio State professor working with USAID, who invited him to the United States. He also said, “my birth date is also the birth date of heart transplantation.” That’s December 3, 1967. His Radcliffe bio and Wikipedia give the

County Fired Christian Groundskeeper While Approving Muslim Exemptions

An Essex County jury has sided with longtime hospital groundskeeper Theodore “Teddy” DeBlasio, awarding him more than $670,000 after finding the county discriminated against him because of his Christian faith when it rejected his request for a religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine mandate and fired him. The unanimous verdict, reached in under four hours, is believed to be the first of its kind in New Jersey for a COVID-era religious exemption employment case. What the County Did Differently DeBlasio worked outdoors maintaining the grounds at the Essex County Hospital Center, a county-run psychiatric facility. When state and county policies required vaccination, with religious and medical exemptions available, he submitted a request rooted in his Christian beliefs. The county denied it. Discovery showed a clear pattern: every Christian exemption request was rejected, while every Muslim request was approved. Among those approved were a nurse and a hospital attendant who worked indoors with patients. Those employees were allowed to keep working with masking and testing—the same measures used across the facility throughout the pandemic. DeBlasio, whose job kept him largely outside the building, was not. Shifting Explanations and What the Records Showed Attorney John D. Coyle, who represented DeBlasio, discussed the case on a recent Freedom Counsel episode with host John Davidson and co-host Rachel Rodriguez. Coyle told the jury the case was straightforward. It was not about whether vaccines could be mandated or whether they worked. It was about whether the county applied the same rules to everyone. “If you have one set of rules for people and another one depending upon what religion you’re in, that’s discrimination,” he said. The county’s explanations shifted over time. Officials claimed unvaccinated workers could not be safely accommodated, even though Muslim employees in higher-contact roles were accommodated. They later asserted that Christians had failed to provide letters from clergy, though that requirement was not in the written policy, and at least one Catholic employee who did submit a pastor’s letter was still denied. One Muslim employee’s approved request included photocopied material from another applicant’s form. County staff evaluating the requests did not review the scriptural citations DeBlasio provided and did not bring a Bible to the meetings where they assessed the sincerity of applicants’ beliefs. DeBlasio has worn a crown-of-thorns tattoo on his wrist for roughly thirty years as a personal reminder of his faith. The Verdict The eight-person jury included people of different ages, races, and backgrounds. Coyle framed the question for them simply: if DeBlasio had been Muslim, would his request have been granted? The jury concluded the county had treated him differently because of his religion. The award covers economic losses and emotional harm, with attorney’s fees expected to be added separately. The case proceeded in New Jersey state court under the state’s Law Against Discrimination, which does not require first filing with an administrative agency. What the Case Means Going Forward On the podcast, Coyle and Rodriguez placed the outcome in the context of years of similar litigation. Many workers who lost jobs during the mandate period never got discovery into how employers treated different religious groups. Defendants often offered shifting accounts that did not match the documents. Public attention, rather than court rulings alone, has sometimes been what forced corrections. Both attorneys noted the role of the Freedom Counsel network of lawyers who have shared information and supported one another on these cases. They also paid tribute to the late Warner Mendenhall, the organization’s founder. Coyle said the result shows what can happen when clear comparative evidence reaches a jury. He and Rodriguez encouraged other lawyers, especially those earlier in their careers, to connect with Freedom Counsel for practical help and collaboration. The conversation also touched on related issues that arose during the same period, including hospital decision-making and parental rights cases, where families often found themselves with few practical options once institutions took control. The Essex County verdict is a concrete finding that the county applied inconsistent standards based on religion. Many other workers who lost jobs during the mandates have already passed the time limits for bringing claims. For those still dealing with related disputes, and for attorneys looking at similar cases, the Freedom Counsel network continues to serve as a resource for people who want to challenge the decisions that were made. They Hijacked Gay Rights to Target Kids

In a powerful new episode on BrokenTruth.TV, investigative journalist Christine Dolan sits down with longtime gay rights activist, attorney, Army veteran, and co-author Jeff Cleghorn to discuss their book “Urban Legends” and the radical shift that has turned former allies into critics of what they call the pseudoscientific targeting of children. The conversation cuts to the heart of one of the most contentious cultural battles of our time: how the original gay rights movement — focused on dignity, assimilation, and equal rights for same-sex attracted adults — was overtaken by a new ideology that prioritizes “queer” theory and the medicalization of gender-nonconforming minors. The Old Guard vs. the New Activism Cleghorn, who began his activism in 1993 and served on boards including Georgia Equality and Lambda Legal, describes the dramatic change after major victories like the 2015 Supreme Court same-sex marriage ruling. “Basically, everything on the gay rights movement drop-down menu was accomplished, and rather quickly,” he tells Dolan. “But thereafter, the organizations that we as gay men and lesbian women had built… those organizations were thereafter hijacked by this extremist line of queer thinking.” What was once a push for adults to live freely and assimilate became, in Cleghorn’s view, an aggressive campaign to proselytize to children through schools, libraries, children’s books, media, and medical clinics. He emphasizes the timeline: notions of “trans children,” preferred pronouns for kids, and social/medical transition for minors were virtually nonexistent in the 1990s and 2000s. The explosion of pediatric gender clinics — from a handful to hundreds, including dozens specifically for children — occurred largely in the last 10–15 years. Transgenderism as Ideology, Not Medicine Cleghorn is blunt: transgenderism is an ideology asserting that biological sex can be changed — that a man can become a woman or vice versa, including claims that women can have penises or men can breastfeed. He calls these beliefs “irrational, illogical, and contradictory.” He distinguishes two main categories rooted in diagnostic manuals: * Gender dysphoria (rare, often resolves naturally after puberty in many cases). * Transvestic disorder (significantly larger group, mostly heterosexual males with a sexual fetish involving dressing as or imagining themselves as women). The latter group, he argues, drives much of the push for access to female-only spaces, as it provides sexual arousal. Cleghorn stresses that gender-nonconforming children — the “sissy little boy who likes dolls” or the “tom girl who plays in the dirt” — have always existed as normal variations of human development. Today, for the first time in history, society is told these children are “sick” and require medical intervention: puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries. Data from multiple countries, he notes, shows that many such children, if left alone, grow up to be same-sex attracted adults. Medicalizing them, in his words, amounts to a form of conversion therapy aimed at preventing gay outcomes while creating lifelong medical patients. The Medical Fraud and WPATH A central theme connecting the book’s chapters on COVID and transgender issues is medical trafficking and institutional fraud. Cleghorn highlights the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) as a key player — an activist organization masquerading as a medical body. He points to recent actions by the Federal Trade Commission and several states filing consumer fraud lawsuits against WPATH, alleging it created a “fake medical paradigm” that misleads parents and providers for profit, with no proven long-term benefit to patients. Systematic evidence reviews in the UK, Sweden, Norway, and a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services review have reached similar conclusions: the evidence base for pediatric gender medicine is weak, shallow, and lacking credible long-term data showing improved physical or psychological outcomes. Some studies show dramatically elevated suicide rates post-transition. Whistleblower Jamie Reed and Real-World Harm Cleghorn introduced Dolan to Jamie Reed, the first major U.S. pediatric gender clinic whistleblower. Reed, a lesbian and self-described progressive who worked at Washington University’s Transgender Center in St. Louis, initially wanted to help “trans kids.” After years inside the system, she concluded the clinic was harming children through rushed interventions, manipulation of parents (including suicide threats if they didn’t affirm), and inadequate mental health screening. Reed has since testified across the country and founded the LGB Courage Coalition to protect sex-nonconforming children. Her sworn affidavit is referenced in Cleghorn’s chapter. Parallels to COVID and the Profit Motive Dolan and Cleghorn draw direct parallels between the two topics in “Urban Legends”: both involve coercion, lies, defrauding the public, and massive financial incentives for the medical-industrial complex. Post-Obamacare rules on “gender identity” helped fuel the clinic boom. Greedy providers, hospitals, and activist organizations profited while evidence of harm mounted. Cleghorn notes the mainstream media’s role in institutional capture — continuing to portray the issue as “settled science” despite growing international pushback and domestic lawsuits. Courage to Speak Out Both Dolan and Cleghorn acknowledge they expect attacks for their views. Cleghorn, now retired, says he can no longer be “canceled” in the traditional sense and is ready for the fight. He frames opposition not as bigotry but as basic child safeguarding. “Targeting kids… There’s no reason to sit on the bench,” Dolan states. Cleghorn’s contribution to the book — the chapter “Transgender 101: The Fraud Seducing America’s Children” — distills these arguments into an accessible explanation for readers confused by the rapid cultural shift. Listen and Read The full interview is a must-listen for anyone seeking clarity on how we arrived at this moment — from the successes of the original gay rights movement to the current medical and ideological battles over children’s bodies and minds. “Urban Legends” by Christine Dolan and contributors including Jeff Cleghorn offers a detailed examination of what the authors describe as parallel pseudoscientific frauds in the COVID era and the transgender movement. Tune in to the complete conversation on BrokenTruth.TV and pick up the book to read Cleghorn’s chapter in full. In an age of institutional capture and suppressed debate, these voices represent a growing chorus demanding evidence, accountability, and protection for the most vulnerable. The truth, as they argue, is neither irrational nor optional. Thanks for reading BrokenTruth.TV! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work. This is a public episode. "Urban Legends" A New Book Exposing Covid Cover-Ups

In a powerful new interview, investigative journalist Christine Dolan sits down with WorldTribune.com founder Robert Morton and John Davidson to discuss her latest book, Urban Legends. The conversation pulls no punches as Dolan reveals how a dismissive remark from a coronavirus researcher in June 2021 — that reports of vaccine injuries were merely “urban legends” — sparked a deeper investigation into what she describes as one of the largest frauds and cover-ups in modern history. Dolan, an award-winning former CNN journalist who has spent decades exposing human trafficking, explains that Urban Legends is the third installment in a trilogy examining different forms of trafficking. Her first book, Shattered Innocence, chronicled her early work on human trafficking. The second, In the Name of God, detailed scandals within the Catholic Church. This latest work frames the COVID-19 response as “medical trafficking” — a system built on coercion, fraud, lies, and profit that treated people as test subjects. From Dismissal to Documentation The book’s origin traces directly to Dolan’s ongoing conversations with Dennis Carroll, a key figure in global coronavirus research and what she calls the “Coronavirus Hunters Club.” When she pressed him in June 2021 about vaccine injuries she had been documenting since early that year — many from healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors, and surgeons — Carroll reportedly brushed them off, citing treatment options for issues like blood clots and calling the reports “urban legends.” Dolan’s response was immediate and forceful. She had already produced a short film on vaccine-injured individuals and decided the stories needed to be told on camera. Urban Legends captures those testimonies alongside an examination of the official narrative that the vaccines were “safe and effective,” stopped transmission, and prevented disease — claims she says were later walked back. The book also includes sections on religious and medical exemptions, the suppression of alternative treatments like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, the promotion of remdesivir despite conflicting global data, and even a contributor section on what Dolan calls transgender pseudoscience. Throughout, she names names and traces the money, arguing that the entire coronavirus research enterprise operates as a profitable business model rather than pure science. A Long-Planned “Business Model” Dolan places Operation Warp Speed within a much longer history, tracing ideas for rapid vaccine development and pandemic preparedness back more than 20 years — including discussions during the George W. Bush administration and earlier proposals for something akin to a “Manhattan Project 2” for emerging pathogens. She details how figures like Bob Kadlec and Peter Marks helped shape the acceleration model that bypassed traditional clinical trial phases. The book explores the network of unregulated high-containment labs worldwide (with the U.S. holding a significant share), partnerships involving China through projects like PREDICT and its successors, and the involvement of major players beyond pharma — including agriculture, mining, and foundations. Dolan argues the goal was never solely public health but the creation of a repeatable system where “vax is the answer” for any new pathogen. Media Complicity and the Propaganda Machine A dedicated chapter examines the role of legacy media. Dolan, who once worked inside that system, describes how outlets became “very lazy,” unwilling to challenge the dominant narrative or powerful institutions. She contrasts this with earlier periods when media aggressively covered government-backed medical abuses, such as the Tuskegee syphilis experiments and related programs in Guatemala. She also addresses the massive COVID Community Corps messaging campaign and questions how juries could overcome years of coordinated propaganda. Recent developments, including preemptive pardons, congressional subpoenas, and whistleblower testimony (such as from Jim Erdman), are woven into the narrative as evidence that accountability remains elusive. Calls for Truth and Prosecution Dolan is unequivocal: the neurological and vascular injuries from the vaccines have not been officially acknowledged, the cover-up continues, and people need to be held accountable through prosecutions for fraud. She notes that while Fauci received a preemptive pardon covering 2014–2024, many others were involved, and the underlying business model persists — evidenced by recent discussions of cancer vaccines using similar accelerated approaches. She emphasizes that this is not a partisan story but one of institutional failure in Washington that put lives at risk globally. The laboratories handling dangerous pathogens remain largely unregulated, and the same players who benefited from the COVID response are positioned for the next crisis. Why This Book Matters Now Urban Legends arrives at a critical moment. As Dolan warns, the system that produced Operation Warp Speed has not been dismantled. Without serious examination and accountability, she believes the same model will be deployed again for future pathogens. The interview, conducted by John Davidson and Robert Morton, offers a candid, wide-ranging discussion that goes far beyond typical vaccine debates. It connects the dots between scientific claims, financial incentives, media failures, intelligence community involvement, and the human cost — all while Dolan remains characteristically irreverent and direct. Urban Legends by Christine Dolan is available now at ChristineDolan.com. Pre-sales and distribution through Simon & Schuster are underway, with broader bookstore availability expected later this year. This is not a story the public can afford to ignore. As Dolan makes clear, the people who lived through the injuries, the exemptions battles, and the suppressed treatments deserve to have their stories heard — and the architects of the system deserve scrutiny. Urban Legends delivers both. Be sure to follow Broken Truth’s Facebook page Magic Feathers, here. Thanks for reading BrokenTruth.TV! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work. The passing of an icon. The fight continues.

The Broken Truth Legal Podcast, part of the Freedom Counsel series on BrokenTruth.TV, returned this week with its first episode since the passing of co-host and Freedom Counsel founder Warner Mendenhall. In a poignant opening, host John Davidson paid tribute to his dear friend and colleague, noting that Warner passed away after a courageous battle with colon cancer. Davidson emphasized that “the show must go on and the fight continues,” echoing Warner’s own words and spirit. A more elaborate online memorial is planned. The episode features Arizona attorney Ryan Heath of The Gavel Project and California attorney Jeremy Friedman, discussing a landmark student free speech case currently headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. The conversation underscores the ongoing mission Warner championed: defending constitutional rights, exposing government overreach, and connecting attorneys in the fight for medical freedom and due process. Warner Mendenhall: A Life Devoted to Accountability and Freedom Warner Mendenhall was a tireless advocate for ordinary citizens against government abuses, corporate fraud, and the erosion of constitutional liberties. A politically active Ohioan, he served two terms on the Akron City Council in the early 1990s, where frustration with the city law department’s responses to constituent concerns prompted him to attend law school. He earned his J.D. from the University of Akron (after a B.A. from the same institution and an M.A. from Kent State University) and was licensed to practice in the late 1990s. His early legal victories included exposing block grant fraud and successfully defending charter amendments in Akron—cases that solidified his calling as a mission-driven attorney. Warner founded the Mendenhall Law Group (with offices in Akron, Ohio, and Boston, Massachusetts), building a practice focused on holding governments and corporations accountable. His areas of expertise included the False Claims Act (qui tam/whistleblower litigation involving Medicare, Medicaid, defense contracting, and federal grant fraud), municipal law, eminent domain and property law, personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and small business matters. He was admitted to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court, multiple federal district and circuit courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.Warner’s work gained national prominence during the COVID-19 era. He represented whistleblowers challenging mandates and hospital protocols, often pro bono. Notably, he served as counsel for Brook Jackson in her high-profile lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging irregularities in the company’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials. He also litigated multiple cases against Ohio public universities over COVID shot mandates and other matters involving medical freedom and informed consent. In 2023, following the COVID Litigation Conference in Atlanta (sponsored by the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation and his own firm), Warner founded Freedom Counsel. The organization serves as a vital network connecting hundreds of attorneys, medical professionals, scientists, and citizens dedicated to fighting mandates, shutdowns, medical interference, dangerous hospital protocols, vaccine-related issues, data manipulation, and broader attacks on personal rights and liberties. Its mission aligns closely with Warner’s lifelong passion: educating the public, elevating important cases, and empowering individuals denied due process and constitutional protections. Warner co-hosted the Broken Truth / Freedom Counsel Podcast, where he brought his sharp legal insight, cowboy-like willingness to “throw punches” for justice (as John Davidson fondly recalled), and deep commitment to the rule of law. Tributes following his passing—from U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, Brook Jackson, and many others—highlighted him as a fearless champion for medical freedom, the vaccine-injured, and constitutional principles. He built coalitions, mentored attorneys, and continued strategizing legal resources even in his final days. The Ryan Heath Interview: Misuse of Anti-SLAPP Laws and a Student’s Fight for Free Speech The episode shifts focus to a compelling case that Warner personally championed as lead counsel for the U.S. Supreme Court proceedings: G.W. v. Coronado Unified School District, et al. Ryan Heath (Arizona attorney and founder of the nonprofit Gavel Project) and co-counsel Tracy Henderson (California attorney) represent the plaintiff—a brave young woman who, as a teenager in early 2022 at Coronado High School (a performing arts school on Coronado Island in San Diego), protested the lingering mask mandates through expressive conduct. The student would enter class, politely remove her mask, and refuse to leave, clearly conveying her disagreement with the policy. In response, over six weeks, teachers allegedly humiliated her, alienated her from classmates, kicked her out of class, denied her learning materials and the opportunity to take tests with peers, and even moved entire classes to different rooms to avoid her. She missed approximately one-third of the academic year. During a lockdown drill, she was isolated alone in an unlocked bathroom—described as a potential “fish in a barrel” scenario. Ryan Heath detailed how the school’s actions amounted to viewpoint discrimination and compelled orthodoxy, violating core First Amendment principles established in cases like Tinker v. Des Moines and West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette. The lawsuit, filed in San Diego Superior Court under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (and including a California Bane Act claim for interference with civil rights by intimidation or threats), alleged expressive conduct protected by the First Amendment. The student was not disruptive, posed no danger to others, and was exercising her right to dissent peacefully. The complaint also named over 20 individual defendants alongside the school district. In a shocking turn, the school district and individual defendants filed four anti-SLAPP motions (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation under California Code of Civil Procedure § 425.16). They argued that their own actions—punishing and silencing the student’s dissent—constituted protected free speech. The trial court granted the motions, crediting the defendants’ affidavits over the plaintiff’s sworn statements and ruling that the conduct was protected “as a matter of law” without identifying specific protected statements or actions. The California Court of Appeal (Fourth District) affirmed, skipping the required two-prong analysis: defendants failed to meet their initial burden of showing the suit arose from protected activity on a matter of public interest, yet the burden improperly shifted to the plaintiff. This led to significant attorney fee awards against the young plaintiff (now in her early 20s and a college graduate), currently in the low six figures with ongoing appeals. Co-counsel Tracy Henderson faced sanctions of $13,000 personally, a requirement to take a class, and a bar report for challenging jurisdiction in a subsequent appeal—actions Ryan Heath and Jeremy Friedman described as retaliatory. The case is now before the U.S. Supreme Court via petition for writ of certiorari. Procedural complications have arisen because Tracy Henderson was not initially listed on the appellate caption despite her direct interest; the SCOTUS clerk requires clarification. The team filed a petition for writ of mandate in the California Supreme Court to correct this clerical issue before a June 19 deadline, with plans for potential sticker amendments or refiling if needed. Robert Barnes has signed on pro bono, and there is hope he will assume a lead role. Jeremy Friedman, a California attorney and friend of Warner’s, provided expert analysis on the anti-SLAPP statute’s original purpose: protecting citizens from baseless “lawfare” suits that chill First Amendment activity by draining resources. Here, the law was allegedly inverted—used as a sword by the government to punish dissent and award fees to the powerful. Both attorneys stressed the dangerous precedent: if punishing viewpoint discrimination can be reframed as protected government speech, it could eviscerate civil rights claims nationwide (e.g., against police or other officials enforcing policies). Ryan Heath shared his broader work through The Gavel Project, including teaching students civil disobedience modeled on Rosa Parks, leading protests across California, and filing related lawsuits. He worked alongside Warner on other matters, including a successful Arizona case for Dr. Lee Vliet and Truth For Health. He described Warner as a mentor and dear friend whose loss is devastating, especially as lead counsel on this SCOTUS effort. View court briefs here. The Fight Continues Throughout the episode, the tone was one of grief mixed with resolve. John Davidson, Ryan Heath, and Jeremy Friedman all affirmed that Warner would want the movement to press forward. The case highlights critical issues: the proper application of anti-SLAPP laws, protection of student expressive conduct in schools, and the need for higher courts to correct lower-court errors that undermine constitutional rights.Warner Mendenhall’s legacy endures through Freedom Counsel’s network, the cases he elevated, and the attorneys he inspired. As the podcast continues, it carries forward his commitment to truth, accountability, and liberty. LIVE: US Senate - PLAUSIBLE MECHANISMS OF COVID-19 INJECTIONS CAUSING CANCER AND ATTACKS ON SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS AND RESEARCH

Washington, D.C. — On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Sen. Ron Johnson chaired a Senate subcommittee hearing focused on whether COVID-19 mRNA injections could contribute to cancer and the reported attacks on researchers raising those concerns. The session brought together oncologists, scientists, and a cervical cancer survivor. Johnson opened by recounting how he first connected with witnesses like Dr. Sabine Hazen during the pandemic, when she described FDA-supported research being undermined. He criticized pharmaceutical industry influence over media, regulators, medical organizations, and journals, and pointed to safety studies on genotoxicity and carcinogenicity that were never completed before the shots received emergency authorization. Ranking Member Sen. Richard Blumenthal pushed back, quoting the National Cancer Institute’s conclusion that there is no evidence the vaccines cause cancer, lead to recurrence, or speed up disease progression. He stressed the importance of cancer research funding and warned that questioning vaccines could harm public trust and immunization rates. Witness Accounts Dr. Angus Dalgleish, a veteran oncologist known for immunotherapy work, described seeing long-stable melanoma patients relapse weeks after receiving boosters. He observed similar patterns in other cancers, including aggressive colorectal cases in younger adults. Dalgleish pointed to T-cell exhaustion, immune tolerance, and multiple ways mRNA might interfere with tumor suppressor systems. Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, a p53 tumor suppressor expert, explained how spike protein from the virus or vaccine may impair the body’s key cancer defense mechanisms. He compiled reports of over 300 post-vaccination cancer cases from 27 countries, some showing spike protein inside tumors. Dr. Saskia Mostert presented findings from her team’s analysis of excess deaths across Western countries. Their BMJ Public Health paper documented more than 3 million excess deaths between 2020 and 2022. She faced professional repercussions, including an institutional investigation and eventual resignation. Dr. Sabine Hazen, a gastroenterologist and microbiome researcher, detailed several retracted studies on COVID in patient stool samples, early treatment protocols, and vaccine effects on beneficial gut bacteria like bifidobacteria. Dr. Asim Malhotra, a British cardiologist, recounted his healthy father’s death from cardiac arrest shortly after Pfizer vaccination. He called for halting the shots. Defense of Current Position Dr. Julie Gralow, Chief Medical Officer of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, maintained there is no solid clinical evidence linking mRNA COVID vaccines to new or faster-growing cancers. She highlighted benefits for cancer patients facing COVID risks and the potential of mRNA platforms for future cancer therapies. During questioning, Johnson exposed gaps in Gralow’s understanding of the specific mRNA technology used. She initially stated that the mRNA degrades rapidly and believed the injection largely stayed in the arm. Johnson pressed her on the modified pseudouridine that prevents rapid degradation, lipid nanoparticle biodistribution throughout the body (including organs), persistent circulation of spike protein and mRNA, and DNA contamination concerns. Gralow acknowledged the need for more research on several points. Tamika Felder, a 25-year cervical cancer survivor and advocate, shared her personal story and emphasized the success of HPV vaccines in preventing certain cancers. She agreed with Johnson that cancer patients would want to know if any environmental factor, drug, or vaccine could increase their cancer risk. Lively Exchanges and Challenges to the Narrative The later portion of the hearing turned into a pointed back-and-forth. Johnson challenged Gralow on the modified pseudouridine in the mRNA, its persistence in the body far beyond initial claims, biodistribution beyond the injection site (citing rat studies showing accumulation in organs), and reports of DNA contamination in the vials. Gralow acknowledged the need for further research but maintained that large population data showed no overall cancer increase. Witnesses described clinical observations of hyperprogressive cancers and spike protein appearing in tumor tissue — something El-Deiry called completely unexpected and worthy of urgent study. Dalgleish noted coroners refused to test tumors for spike despite requests. Multiple witnesses detailed sustained attacks on their work. El-Deiry described how his publications faced relentless campaigns on PubPeer, a platform originally meant for spotting fraud but now often used anonymously to harass researchers challenging mainstream views. He said the attacks intensified after his HHS service and publication of cancer case reports, with no findings of misconduct yet ongoing reputational damage. Johnson referred to the site as “Pub Smear” and entered a detailed blog post documenting El-Deiry’s experience into the record. Hazen recounted papers passing rigorous peer review only to be retracted later over minor issues, sometimes by critics with competing patents. Mostert and Malhotra echoed the pattern of institutional retaliation, leaked investigations, and career threats. Dalgleish highlighted rejected papers on virus origins with the exact same phrasing from multiple journals: “not in the public interest.” Johnson also questioned reliance on modeling studies claiming millions of lives saved, presenting actual U.S. death data that contradicted them, and criticized FDA’s VAERS algorithm that senior officials were warned would hide safety signals like sudden deaths. He contrasted this with the retracted Surgisphere study that undermined early treatments like hydroxychloroquine. The discussion touched on informed consent failures, the first-time use of pseudouridine-modified mRNA in humans, barriers to autopsies and tumor testing, and the need for merged registries. Witnesses called for open scientific debate without fear of professional destruction. Closing Thoughts Johnson described the hearing as part of a larger effort to confront how science and policy operated during the pandemic and restore public trust. He kept the record open for additional submissions through June 18, 2026. The full transcript and video are available through Senate records and BrokenTruthTV coverage. This is a public episode. Major Thomas Haviland Discusses White Fibrous Clots on Broken Truth’s “Freedom Counsel”

In a recent episode of Broken Truth’s Freedom Counsel, host John Davidson interviewed Major Thomas Haviland, a data analyst and retired military officer known for his research on unusual white fibrous clots observed by embalmers and some medical professionals since 2021. Haviland has conducted multiple surveys on the topic and collaborated with scientists to investigate the composition and possible causes of these clots. Origins of the Research The discussion referenced the 2022 documentary Died Suddenly, in which several embalmers reported finding unusual white, fibrous structures in the veins and arteries of deceased individuals, beginning around mid-2021. Haviland contacted the Ohio Embalmers Association shortly after viewing the film. The association’s president, Woody Wilson, confirmed observing similar clots, which led Haviland to launch formal surveys. These surveys expanded from the United States to several other countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. According to Haviland’s 2024 survey results, 83% of the 301 embalmers who responded (250 individuals) reported seeing the white fibrous clots, with an average occurrence in approximately 27% of the bodies they handled. Scientific Analysis and Proposed Mechanism Haviland is working with a team that includes retired polymer chemist Greg Harrison in Australia and neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCarron in Japan. Their analysis suggests the clots may involve an interaction between the body’s fibrinogen (a natural clotting protein), the spike protein associated with COVID-19 vaccines, and the phospholipid nanoparticles used in mRNA vaccines. Testing conducted on clot samples has included: * Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), which showed low levels of iron, potassium, and magnesium compared to typical blood clots, but elevated levels of phosphorus, sulfur, and occasionally tin. * High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which indicated unusual ratios of fibrinogen chains (approximately 9:4:1 for beta, gamma, and alpha chains, versus the normal 1:1:1 ratio). Haviland noted that these findings differ from standard fibrin clots and drew a comparison to “white clot syndrome” observed decades ago in connection with certain heparin formulations. Reports from Living Patients Haviland also described contact with Dr. Basharat, a cardiologist and endovascular specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. According to Haviland, Dr. Basharat reported removing similar white fibrous clots from living patients in his catheterization lab over a period of several years. Communication with the physician later ended after he cited instructions from hospital administration to cease discussion of the matter. Update from Tennessee In June 2025, Haviland spoke at the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association annual convention at the invitation of then-president Taylor Moore. During the presentation, 18 out of 28 embalmers indicated by show of hands that they had observed the white fibrous clots in the first half of 2025. A survey conducted at the event reported the clots appearing in roughly 17% of cases, along with instances of microclotting in smaller blood vessels. Haviland suggested that such microclots could potentially contribute to symptoms such as reduced oxygen exchange and related health issues, though he emphasized this as part of ongoing discussion. Response from Health Authorities Haviland stated that his outreach to the FDA and CDC over the past three years has not produced substantive responses. He also noted that many embalmers and medical professionals have been reluctant to discuss the phenomenon publicly. Additional Resources For more information on Haviland’s surveys and related research, he directed viewers to the Clotastrophe Substack, managed by Laura Kasner. The full interview is available on the Broken Truth YouTube channel and Rumble. The topic remains a subject of continued investigation and debate within parts of the medical and research communities.
