For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you! It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Ep 185 // Habit Stacking Brings Confidence Back To Overwhelmed Moms

Are you feeling stuck in your day… like no matter how much you try, you can’t seem to follow through on the things you said you would do? Do you ever feel like your confidence has taken a hit, not because you don’t care, but because you’re not seeing yourself show up the way you want to? In this episode, I’m walking you through how habit stacking actually rebuilds your confidence by creating small, repeatable wins inside your day. Because confidence doesn’t come from big plans or perfect routines… it comes from follow-through. I’m sharing how the simplest shifts, like attaching one small habit to something you’re already doing, can start creating proof that you are capable, consistent, and not stuck.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to choose one small habit this week and intentionally attach it to something that’s already part of your day. Keep it simple, keep it doable, and focus on showing up consistently because that follow-through is what starts to rebuild your confidence. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. This is your reset… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, drop the stress, and let’s get stacking. 🎁FREE GIFTS Energy Reset Guide Reset Planner Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard   👇Let's Connect HSM FREE Community Weekly Newsletter Instagram   📣Favorite Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites

Ep 184 // Learn To Protect The Outcome Of Your Routines To Stay Organized

Are you constantly feeling like your routines should be working… but somehow they keep stretching longer than they should? Have you ever noticed how one small interruption can completely throw off your flow and leave you feeling behind for the rest of the day? In this episode, I’m walking you through what it actually means to protect the outcome of your routine instead of just focusing on the steps inside of it. Because most of the time, it’s not that your routines are wrong, it’s that they’re getting interrupted, stretched, and pulled into moments they weren’t designed to hold.  We’re going to shift your focus from “doing more” or “fixing your routine” to understanding the purpose behind each routine block—and how protecting that purpose is what actually keeps you organized. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at one routine in your day and ask yourself: what is the outcome this routine is meant to create? Then start paying attention to where that routine is getting interrupted or stretched beyond its purpose.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Ep 183 // How Family Can Support Your Routines If Your Overwhelmed

Hey momma! Are you feeling like you’re carrying the entire weight of your home on your shoulders?  Have you ever thought, “Why doesn’t anyone just step in and help me without me having to ask?” In this episode, we’re talking about what it actually looks like to stop doing everything on your own and start bringing your family into your routines. I share a personal story that highlights how easy it is to carry the full load without even realizing it, and why “asking for help” often doesn’t work the way we hope it will. We touch on the shift from chaos to clarity, and how creating a simple flow in your day opens the door for your family to step in and support you in a real, practical way. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to take a look at one part of your day—maybe your evening or bedtime routine—and map out the flow of what actually happens. Then ask yourself, what is one piece of this I can hand off? Get specific, communicate it clearly, and start allowing your family to step into the rhythm of your home alongside you. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Ep 182 // Consistent Small Habits Create Big Changes In Your Daily Routine

Hey momma! Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything all day long… but still wondering why things don’t feel easier? And have you ever stopped to think, what if the difference isn’t doing more, but doing small things more consistently? In this episode, we’re talking about how the smallest habits inside your day are actually what create the biggest shifts over time. I’m sharing a real moment that made me reflect on how far I’ve come in motherhood—not because life suddenly got easier, but because of the tiny adjustments and habits that slowly shaped my routines. We’ll walk through how to start noticing where your day feels hard, how to identify those friction points, and how to begin stacking simple, realistic habits that actually fit your current season of life. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to fix your entire day at once and instead choose one moment that feels harder than it should. Notice it, get curious about it, and decide on one small habit you can practice there this week. Stay with it, test it, and allow yourself to build from that one simple win. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Ep 180 // How Goals Are Determined By Your Habits and Routines

Hey momma… have you ever felt like you know exactly what you want, but no matter how hard you try, your days just don’t seem to support it? And have you ever stopped to ask yourself if it’s not the goal that’s the problem… but the habits behind it? In this episode, I’m walking you through a real-life moment from my own week that completely shifted how I think about habits and reactions.  We talk about how your routines are built from the small things you do without thinking, and why your goals will always be limited by the habits you’re currently living in. I’ll help you start looking at your day differently, bringing awareness to what’s actually happening versus what you think is happening, and how to begin aligning your habits with the outcomes you truly want. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to push harder toward your goals and instead take a step back and look at what your habits are actually creating. Pay attention to what you’re doing on repeat each day and ask yourself if those patterns are moving you closer to where you want to go or keeping you stuck in the same cycle. You don’t have to keep trying to figure this out on your own. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone.
