Liz Stapleton: How AI and Simple Systems Give You Back Time for the Work You Love

What if the admin draining your energy could quietly take care of itself, so you get back to the work you actually love? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Liz Stapleton, Systems and AI Expert and Founder of Creator Ops Hub and the Creator Workflow Summit. Liz is a creator, a lawyer, and someone who loves making online business easier. Most of us start a business because we’re passionate about one thing. Then the bookkeeping, admin and customer support quietly swallow our time. Liz helps solopreneurs use systems and AI to shrink all of that right down. Especially if, like her and so many entrepreneurs, you’re a little neurospicy and want to save your precious focus for what matters. She’s a big fan of AI. She’s also clear about its limits. Critical thinking still matters. So does protecting your clients’ personal data. And just because AI could do something doesn’t mean it should. Her way of explaining this stuck with me. If I buy you a present and ask someone else to wrap it, it’s still from me. In this episode we explore: ➤ How to use AI in customer support without losing the human, and why a simple feedback loop makes every draft better ➤ The data privacy question most people never ask, and how to give AI only what it actually needs ➤ Liz’s gift-wrapping approach to AI, where your knowledge stays yours and AI helps package it ➤ Her winding path from lawyer to systems expert, via personal finance blogging, freelancing and GDPR ➤ Why the simplest automations often save the most time, and why messy systems can always be fixed later This episode is for you if you’re a solopreneur who’d love your business to feel lighter, so more of your energy goes into the work you’re passionate about. Julie Roman: Empath Fatigue and Why You Feel Everything So Deeply

What if the reason you feel so exhausted is that you’ve been carrying everyone else’s emotions as well as your own? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Julie Roman, Empath Life Coach and Empath Fatigue Expert. Julie felt things so deeply as a child, and never understood why she felt so different. There’s no empath school, as she puts it. Nobody teaches you why you walk into a room and feel everyone’s mood. You assume everyone feels as deeply as you do. So the caring builds. The taking on of other people’s needs builds. Until one day, you hit capacity. For Julie, that day came at 50. She shares her own story with real honesty. Growing up with a narcissistic parent, feeling not good enough, and years spent attracting toxic people without recognising the pattern. She tried therapy and many other approaches, but the turning point came from a single social media post that landed in her feed at exactly the right moment. That’s why her message about sharing your light hits so hard. In this episode we explore: ➤ How to tell if you’re an empath, and the key difference between empaths and highly sensitive people ➤ The magnetic pull between empaths and narcissists, and why familiar patterns can be so hard to see ➤ What empath fatigue really is, and how it quietly builds until you reach capacity ➤ Julie’s three focus areas for living well, career change, feeling fabulous and soul serenity ➤ Why empaths find water so healing, and how something as simple as a bath can soothe your soul This episode is for you if you’ve always felt things more deeply than the people around you, and you’re ready to see your sensitivity as the gift it truly is. Helen Hodgkinson: When Life Looks Fine on Paper But Something Feels Off

What do you do when you’ve built the career, raised the family, and you’re quietly asking, “Is this it?” In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Helen Hodgkinson, Founder of Your Next Chapter Coaching, Positive Psychology Coach and Reiki Practitioner. Helen spent nearly 30 years in legal and compliance before her own “is this it?” moment led her to begin again. Now she helps midlife women who feel life looks fine on paper, but something feels off. They feel restless. A bit guilty, too. Because they’ve got everything they worked for, so surely they should be happy? And that restless feeling doesn’t go away. In Helen’s experience, it just gets louder. It took Helen around eight years to make her own leap. It started with an eight-week ladies’ boot camp she joined before a holiday, fully planning to go back to normal afterwards. Eleven years later, she’s still going 😊 That boot camp introduced her to women retraining in later life, and quietly showed her what might be possible. In this episode we explore ➤ The guilt of wanting more when life looks perfect, and why so many women think they’re the only ones feeling it ➤ Why pausing is the first step, especially for women who have always put everyone else first ➤ The layers we build over the years, and how to find the authentic self hiding underneath ➤ Why confidence comes after action, not before, and how small steps create real momentum ➤ Real change that fits around real life, no single ticket to Bali required This episode is for you if you’re in midlife, life looks good from the outside, and you’re ready to believe your best years could still be ahead of you. Joëlle Lydon: Removing the Barriers to Love, Even When You Already Know Better

What if you already know exactly what you’re doing in your relationships, and you still can’t stop doing it? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Joëlle Lydon, Relationship Guide and Author of Unbreakable Us: Removing the Barriers to Love. Joëlle helps smart, professional men and women experience the love they long for by removing the barriers that keep them from it. She works with both individuals and couples. The people who find her aren’t lacking intelligence or commitment. They’re self-aware. They’ve invested in their growth. They’re usually the ones everyone else turns to when life goes pear-shaped. And yet, in the heat of a tense moment, they find themselves shutting down, keeping the peace at their own expense, or doing exactly what they promised themselves they wouldn’t. After 32 years as an educator, Joëlle brings neuroscience, relational psychology and expressive arts into her work. She shares a lovely story about getting her teenage son to open up simply by taking the dog for a walk. That same principle sits at the heart of how she helps clients relax the thinking mind so real insight can come through. She also introduces an idea I haven’t stopped thinking about. Forget happily ever after. Joëlle is interested in alive ever after. In this episode we explore ➤ Why awareness alone doesn’t change relationship patterns, and what it takes to act on your knowing in real time ➤ How creativity tricks the mind into relaxing, so insight can surface when talking alone won’t get you there ➤ The shift from happily ever after to alive ever after, and why having more choice transforms the experience of conflict ➤ The sacred third, and how focusing on the “us” turns partners from adversaries into allies ➤ Why self-abandonment isn’t the same as being loving, and what changes when you trust your own judgement This episode is for you if you could practically write the book on your relationship patterns, and you’re ready to finally live differently inside them. Nicole Palker-Dorio: What Comes After You’ve Done the Work?

What happens when you’ve done years of inner work, and more work stops being the answer? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Nicole Palker-Dorio, Integrative Trauma Specialist, Somatic Practitioner and Embodied Transformation Coach. Nicole works with people who’ve already done a lot of work on themselves. They understand the concepts. They know their parts. They’ve filled the notebooks. And yet something still feels contracted. Nicole calls herself an internal matchmaker and a master storyteller. Her work helps people introduce themselves back to themselves, so everything they’ve learned can finally show up in real life. She shares the most beautiful story about taking rescue ponies to the beach for the very first time. One of them walked straight into the sea, swam, then dropped down and rolled in the sand like a dog, having the best day ever. Meanwhile Nicole stood watching, running through her trauma-informed checklist, and noticed how much of her own joy was being filtered through old stories. It’s a moment that will stay with you. In this episode we explore ➤ Why more work isn’t always the answer, and how it can quietly become another place your story gets contracted ➤ What a pony on a beach can teach us about pure joy, experienced without layers of story ➤ Why you don’t have to be 100% healed to be whole, and why waiting for some future version of yourself keeps you from living now ➤ How trauma can hone your intuition, and what it means to embrace the whole of who you are ➤ Equine-assisted learning and the new healing paradigm, where space is created for experience rather than more analysis This episode is for you if you’ve done the healing, read the books and know the theory, and you’re ready to actually feel your life again. Serene Grace: Finding Your Divine Spark After a Spiritual Awakening

What if every career you’ve had was quietly preparing you for the one your soul has been asking for? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Serene Grace, Transformation-Intuitive Life Coach, Writer, Editor and Broadcasting Professional, and founder of Shining Bright with Serene Grace. Serene helps people reconnect with their inner strength, their self-worth and what she calls their divine spark. Her path here was anything but a straight line. Two degrees. Nearly 10 years in law firms and the state judiciary. A decade as a federal employee in Washington, D.C. Twenty-five years of event coordinating alongside it all. Then, at 25, a spiritual awakening shook everything up. Serene shares how she built a practical transition plan while still in her government job, why the “gremlins” of fear and other people’s opinions keep so many of us stuck, and why a detour is never wasted. She also talks about the little girl who told the universe she’d be a teacher one day, without knowing what kind. In this episode we explore: ➤ How every career builds the next one, and why your past skills are often the foundation for what you’re meant to do now ➤ Creating a transition plan without all the answers, and the mix of structure and faith that lets the universe open up ➤ Quieting the gremlins, the fears and insecurities that stop inspiration turning into action ➤ Why detours aren’t failures, and how you come back stronger from them This episode is for you if you’re standing at a crossroads, feeling the pull towards something new, and you need reminding that you already have the strength to get there. Dr Olga Morton: Why Your Menopause Doesn’t Need Fixing

What if menopause isn’t a loss to manage, but a new chapter with a lot to gain? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Dr Olga Morton, GP and Founder of Menopause with (Life)Style. With over 15 years in medicine across NHS and private practice, and training in lifestyle medicine, Olga helps women navigate perimenopause and menopause with more confidence and less fear, with or without medication. As a GP, Olga kept hearing the same question. “I’m on HRT. So why do I still have brain fog? Why am I still anxious and exhausted?” The only other tool in her kit was SSRIs. And women kept telling her, “But I’m not depressed.” She knew they weren’t. Then, at 46, she woke up drenched in night sweats and wondered if something was seriously wrong. Even with all her medical training, it took a few days to realise this was her own perimenopause beginning. That moment changed how she saw everything. Olga shares her Triple A approach, why women don’t need more information or more tracking data, and a moment at a Glasgow talk with two 18-year-olds that still moves her. 😊 In this episode we explore: ➤ Why HRT doesn’t resolve every symptom, and what’s often missing for women still struggling with brain fog, anxiety and fatigue ➤ The Triple A approach, assess, address, achieve, and why it looks different for every woman ➤ The hidden role of endocrine disruptors, and why forever chemicals are finally part of the menopause conversation ➤ Why more data can mean more overwhelm, and how a simple roadmap helps women make their own informed choices ➤ Reframing menopause from deficiency to opportunity, and why self-care is selfless This episode is for you if you’re in perimenopause or menopause, feeling unlike yourself, and ready for an approach that treats you as a whole person. Celia Griver: Why Imagination Is Your Most Powerful Tool for Change

What if the habits you keep trying to stop were never really the problem? I'm joined by Celia Griver, Hypnotherapist and Founder of Blossom Hypnotherapy. Celia helps adults and teenagers weighed down by worry and exhausted by anxiety and overwhelm to become calm, confident and courageous, so they can embrace life again at home, at work, as parents and in their relationships. She's been doing this work for more than ten years. Her path began long before that, with a driving test she kept failing. Until she tried hypnosis, and passed 😊 Years later, working in the NHS, she noticed something. Her clients made great progress while they worked together. Then, once sessions ended, they'd slide backwards. Her research kept pointing to the same answer. Celia also shares why she believes we're raising a very anxious generation, and why so many of us live in a society that simply doesn't fit the way our brains developed. Her work goes underneath the surface. Because the behaviour you can see is rarely what needs to change. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why imagination is our most powerful tool, and how hypnosis lets you glimpse a version of yourself beyond the anxiety ➤ Food, eating and comfort, and why working on the eating behaviour alone so often misses what's driving it ➤ The habits that quietly keep anxiety going, from body scanning to late-night scrolling and exhaustion ➤ Why teenagers are struggling right now, and how Celia supports both teens and their parents ➤ Life after weight loss medication, and the new research Celia is exploring around GLP-1s This episode is for you if worry and overwhelm have started to shrink your life, and you're ready to believe that change is possible at any age. Take part in Celia's researchIf you're on a GLP-1 or other weight loss medication and don't want to stay on it for life, Celia would love to hear from you.Book a research call: blossomhypnotherapy.setmore.com/celia Connect with Celia GriverWebsite: blossomhypnotherapy.comLinkedIn: Celia GriverInstagram: @celiagriverblossomhypnotherapyFacebook: Blossom Hypnotherapy Connect with Joanna IngramWebsite: joannaingram.comInstagram: @iamjo.ingramLinkedIn: Joanna Ingram Podcast Guest Clarity Call: Love being heard at depth?
