043: November Energy Forecast: Create Space to Create

What if the most powerful thing you could do this November isn't to create more, but to create more space? November 2026 brings us into a 12/3 universal month, and with it comes an invitation to reconnect with creativity, imagination, play, and possibility. But there's a catch: the same energy that makes us feel like anything is possible can also leave us overwhelmed by everything we think we should be doing. In this episode, I'm exploring the magic of the number three, why November feels like a blank canvas, and what happens when we stop turning possibility into pressure. We'll talk about the difference between FOMO and JOMO (the joy of missing out), why comparison can shut down our creativity before we've even begun, and how to use AI without losing the very human experience of imagination. I'm also breaking down November's two distinct energetic phases, the significance of retrogrades, and what the image of geese flying together can teach us about collaboration as we prepare for the relational energy of 2027. Because sometimes the next step isn't about doing more, moving faster, or filling every available moment. It's about creating enough space for something new to become possible. ✨ Takeaways November 2026 carries a 12/3 universal energy, bringing themes of creativity, expression, imagination, play, and possibility. Create space to create is the central invitation of the month. Capacity requires space, and space is an essential part of the creative process. October's activations may have created new possibilities, but we need room to recognize and explore them. The number three has both flow and friction. A blank canvas can feel exciting and expansive, or overwhelming when we turn possibility into pressure. You can do anything, but you cannot do everything. Not every possibility requires an immediate decision or commitment. November begins with Scorpio's themes of depth, truth, and transformation before shifting toward Sagittarius's expansion and exploration around November 22. Retrogrades offer an opportunity to revisit familiar situations with fresh eyes, not an excuse to give away responsibility for our choices. Mercury and Venus turning direct on November 13 invites reflection on how our thinking, communication, relationships, and values may be evolving. JOMO, the joy of missing out, is really the joy of choosing. Every yes takes up space on your canvas. Comparison doesn't just steal joy. It can turn your creative process into a competition, replacing imagination with imitation. There is no universal blueprint for creativity. Understanding your own energetic patterns can help you recognize how your ideas naturally come to life. AI can be an incredible tool for efficiency, but producing more isn't necessarily the same as creating more. Outsource the repetition, but reclaim the imagination. The image of geese flying in formation reminds us that collaboration doesn't require everyone to lead, contribute, or create in the same way. Just like the rests between musical notes, the pauses in our lives give shape and meaning to what we're creating. Creativity isn't limited to art, business, or projects. We are creating our lives through our choices, relationships, experiences, and the way we spend our time. ✨ Resources 🧭 Inner Compass AppReady to go beyond the collective forecast? What if you just need to learn how to trust your own compass? In this episode, I'm celebrating something six years in the making: Inner Compass is officially live! I'm taking you back to 2020, when I first had the vision of making numerology as accessible and natural as checking the weather. What started as an idea inspired by my children's classroom circle time has now become an app designed to help you understand your energy, recognize patterns, and make more confident decisions every single day. But this episode is about so much more than launching an app. I'm sharing the philosophy behind Inner Compass, the powerful difference between a map and a compass, and why I believe we don't need more people telling us what to do. We need better tools to understand ourselves. We'll also explore how our environments expand what we believe is possible, why the people we surround ourselves with matter more than ever as we move toward 2027, and what happens when we stay committed to a vision even when we have absolutely no idea how we're going to get there. Because you don't need to know every step. You just need to know which direction matters to you. ✨ Takeaways Inner Compass began with a vision in 2020 to make numerology mainstream and accessible to everyone. Your environment informs what you believe is possible. Sometimes your vision doesn't need to change, but your surroundings need to expand. You don't need to know how to accomplish something before allowing yourself to imagine it. As we move toward the 11/2 energy of 2027, relationships, collaboration, and the people we surround ourselves with become increasingly important. Surround yourself with people who think differently, challenge your assumptions, and introduce you to possibilities you didn't know existed. Understanding your energy should be as natural as checking the weather. The information helps you prepare, but you still decide what to do with it. Numerology isn't meant to dictate your choices. It's another layer of awareness that helps you understand yourself and the patterns in your life. A map tells you where to go. A compass helps you understand your direction. We don't necessarily need more information or someone else's roadmap. We need to develop greater trust in our own intuition. The philosophy behind Inner Compass is precision without prescription. I can show you the patterns and possibilities, but you remain the authority on your life. Inner Compass offers personalized guidance based on your birth date and ruling number, along with daily forecasts, journal prompts, activations, rituals, and tools for applying what you learn. You don't have to know every step to remain committed to your vision. Sometimes the route changes, but the direction stays the same. Your greatest energetic advantage comes from understanding yourself well enough to make your own decisions. ✨ Resources Inner Compass App: www.jessicacerato.com/appFree 7-Day Inner Compass Telegram Experience: https://www.jessicacerato.com/inner-compass-experienceInstagram: www.instagram.com/jessica.ceratoWebsite: www.jessicacerato.com

041: October Is Bringing the Fire to the Horse

There’s a lot of anger moving through the collective right now. Anger. Frustration. Irritation. Rage. That feeling of being done waiting, tolerating, watching, or having the same conversation over and over again. But what if that fire isn’t something you need to get rid of? In this episode, I’m exploring the emotional fire of October, why anger can be an incredibly mobilizing energy, and how to work with what you’re feeling without letting it take the wheel. We’ll look at the energetic echo between the beginning and end of the year, why January brought us the horse and October is bringing the fire, and what becomes possible when you stop using your energy to fight against what you don’t want and start putting it behind what you’re for. We’ll also explore the difference between anger and rage, what each may be trying to tell you, and why not everyone needs more friction right now. The fire is here. The question is: Where are you going to point the horse? ✨ Takeaways Anger, frustration, irritation, and rage aren’t necessarily signs that something has gone wrong. Sometimes they’re the energy that finally gets something moving. January brought us the horse. October is bringing the fire to the horse. October, November, and December energetically echo January, February, and March, giving us an opportunity to revisit familiar themes from a new vantage point. Your frustration may be showing you where you’ve been tolerating something that isn’t working. Your anger may be showing you where you’ve been passive or waiting for someone else to make a decision that belongs to you. Not everyone needs more fire. If your fire is already burning, stop striking the flint. You don’t need more friction. You need direction. Stand for something instead of only fighting against something. When all of your energy is focused on what you’re against, that thing is still determining the direction you’re pointing. Ask yourself: What if I took the energy I’m using to fight what I’m against and put it behind what I’m for? Anger and rage can offer different information. Anger identifies that something needs to change. Rage can mobilize you to do something about it. Underneath anger is often something you care deeply about. Ask yourself: What does my anger reveal that I care about, and what am I willing to do for that thing? Fire isn’t inherently good or bad. It can destroy, but it can also create warmth, light, transformation, and possibility. What matters is what you do with it. We are not repeating the beginning of the year. We are revisiting it with more information, experience, and choice. If October is telling you to go, this time know what you’re moving toward. ✨ ResourcesReady to navigate the rest of 2026 with more clarity and confidence?Get the Q4 Energy Forecast Replay and explore the energy of the final quarter of the year, including the guided visualization referenced in this episode. 040: Your Intuition Wasn’t Wrong

What happens when you know something… and then it doesn’t happen the way you thought it would? Maybe you felt certain a relationship was significant, an opportunity was going somewhere, or a new chapter was beginning. But when reality didn’t match the picture you had in your head, you didn’t just question what happened. You started questioning yourself. In this episode, I’m exploring the difference between intuition and interpretation, and why your intuition can be right even when your interpretation of it is completely wrong. We’ll talk about the movie sets our brains build around what our hearts know, why receiving intuitive information doesn’t mean we have to immediately understand it, and how learning to separate the feeling from the form can help us protect our self-trust. I’ll also share some very real examples from my own life, including the ongoing journey of bringing Inner Compass into the world, and why it taught me that sometimes the thing you sensed did happen. It just arrived differently than you expected. Your heart can know something without knowing what it looks like. Maybe self-trust isn’t knowing exactly what’s going to happen. Maybe it’s trusting yourself enough to stay in relationship with what you know, even when you don’t know what it’s going to look like. ✨ Takeaways Your intuition can be right while your interpretation of your intuition is completely wrong. Intuition often begins as a feeling or knowing. Then the brain tries to make that information tangible by deciding what it should look like. Your heart gives you the energy. Your brain builds the movie set. When reality doesn’t match the picture your brain created, don’t automatically make the original feeling wrong too. Ask yourself: What did I actually feel? What did I actually know? And what did my brain decide that feeling meant? You can receive intuitive information without immediately knowing what it means. Sometimes more information, context, or time is needed before the meaning becomes clear. You don’t have to turn every dream, image, synchronicity, card, or knowing into an immediate action plan. You can simply notice and stay curious. Intuition isn’t passivity. You still participate, choose, move, and make decisions without needing to manufacture every detail of how things unfold. As more people and variables enter the picture, the form may become less predictable, but that doesn’t make your intuition less trustworthy. Intuition doesn’t need to become another performance where you score yourself based on whether you predicted the person, date, timeline, or outcome correctly. Trust the knowing, but hold the details loosely. Your intuition might not have been wrong. Maybe it just looks different than you thought it would. ✨ ResourcesReady to navigate the rest of 2026 with more clarity and confidence?Get the Q4 Energy Forecast Replay and explore the energy of the final quarter of the year, including the guided visualization referenced in this episode. 039: October Energy Forecast: The Power of Two and What Comes After the Rain

October brings us into the power of two, but not in the way you might expect. After spending 2026 strengthening the one and asking, Who am I?, October introduces a new question: Who are you when your energy meets someone or something else? In this episode, I’m exploring the 11/2 energy of October, why this month offers us our first preview of 2027, and what becomes possible when two whole, distinct things come into relationship without either needing to become less of what they are. We’ll talk about interdependence, renewal, trust versus faith, and why October feels less like reinvention and more like 2.0. I’ll also share the symbols that came through for me this month, from rain and frogs to dahlias, and what they can teach us about the things that may already be alive beneath the surface, waiting for the right conditions to emerge. September may have felt like the rain. October is what happens after the rain. ✨ Takeaways October carries an 11/2 energy centered around relationships, collaboration, connection, and interdependence. This isn’t an either/or month. October invites us to hold two things as true and become curious about what they create together. The power of two isn’t simply one plus one. When two whole things meet, a third thing becomes possible: the relationship between them. Every October offers us a preview of the following year, making this month our first energetic glimpse into 2027. Think of October like a movie trailer. Pay attention to the characters, relationships, opportunities, tensions, and repeating themes without assuming they determine the ending. Keep asking yourself two questions: Who am I with? And who am I when I’m with them? 2026 has helped us strengthen our individual identity. Now we get to discover what happens when that identity comes into relationship with others. Interdependence means I can remain fully me, you can remain fully you, and together we can create something neither of us could create alone. October carries an energy of renewal rather than reinvention. You may not need to burn everything down. You may simply be ready for the next version. Your 2.0 isn’t a rejection of who you used to be. Every previous version of you was appropriate for the environment and stage you were in. Ask yourself: What am I developing the capacity for now that wasn’t available to an earlier version of me? Just because you couldn’t see something developing doesn’t mean nothing was happening. Changing conditions can reveal what was already alive beneath the surface. Trust and faith work together this month. Trust the one. Have faith in the zero. Trust is grounded in what you know and the evidence you already have. Faith allows you to move toward what hasn’t revealed itself yet. You don’t need to figure out exactly what 2027 will look like. Your job right now is simply to watch the trailer. ✨ Resources Ready to make your energy your advantage?Download Inner Compass, my personalized numerology app designed to help you understand the energy you're working with each day. 038: What to Do When You’re in an Energetic Rut

What if you don’t need to fix your energy before you can access yourself? In this episode, I’m sharing from the middle of a season where, quite frankly, my energy feels like shit. I’m frustrated, questioning things, and occasionally wanting to burn it all down. And instead of waiting until I can wrap the experience in a beautiful lesson, I want to talk about it while I’m actually in it. Because I’ve realized something important: your energy is not your identity. You can feel frustrated and still be brilliant. Uncertain and still intuitive. You can question everything and still do incredible work. I’m also breaking down how each ruling number can reconnect with what is fundamentally you, not necessarily to change how you feel, but to remember who you are underneath it. You don’t need to wait until you feel like yourself again. Be yourself. ✨ Takeaways We often tell stories about difficult seasons after we know how they end. There is also value in talking about energy while we’re still experiencing it. There are plenty of tools for shifting your energy, but changing it isn’t always the assignment. Your current energetic state does not automatically tell you what to do next. Sometimes energy is an instruction, and sometimes it’s simply information. You don’t have to feel like yourself to be yourself. Your gifts, intuition, abilities, and capacity don’t disappear just because your mood or energy changes. You can be frustrated and brilliant, uncertain and intuitive, questioning and powerful at the same time. Difficult energy doesn’t need to be bypassed, but it also doesn’t need to be handed the keys to your entire life. Sometimes focusing intensely on “fixing” your energy only gives it more importance. Your ruling number can offer a doorway back to what is fundamentally you: connection for 2, expression for 3, grounded action for 4, movement for 5, care for 6, stillness for 7, direction for 8, completion for 9, new beginnings for 10, and service for 11. Instead of only asking, “How do I get out of this?” ask, “What is this energy asking of me?” Then go deeper: Who am I underneath how I happen to feel today? What is still true about me? An energetic advantage isn’t only knowing how to change your energy. Sometimes it’s knowing who you are inside of it. ✨ Resources Ready to make your energy your advantage?Download Inner Compass, my personalized numerology app designed to help you understand the energy you're working with each day. 037: Breathwork for Healing: Why Understanding Your Patterns Isn’t Enough with Alyse Bacine

What if healing isn’t something you have to finish before you can move forward? In this episode, I sit down with breathwork and trauma expert Alyse Bacine for a conversation about what transformation actually looks like when we bring the mind, body, and energy together. We talk about why intellectually understanding your patterns isn’t always enough to change them, how our earliest experiences can continue to shape the way we move through the world, and why breathwork can create the safety and presence needed to process what the body has been holding. Alyse also shares her perspective on the mother wound, childhood patterns, identity, and why healing and action have to happen together. Because the goal isn’t to become perfectly healed before you build the business, write the book, have the conversation, or take the next step. The growth itself can become part of the healing. Ultimately, this conversation comes back to something I believe deeply: transformation isn’t necessarily about becoming someone new. It’s about removing what has been covering up who you’ve been all along. ✨ Takeaways Breathwork can help create the conditions for your body to process emotional energy you may have been holding for years. Safety and presence are essential to transformation. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer ourselves or another person is simply our presence. Intellectually understanding a pattern doesn’t automatically change it. Our patterns can live in the mind, body, and energetic field. Behaviors like people pleasing can be rooted in survival mechanisms developed early in life, which is why simply deciding to stop isn’t always enough. Becoming aware of how a pattern physically feels in your body can help you recognize when you’re operating from an old wound versus your power. Healing doesn’t mean a wound will never appear again. Your relationship with it changes, and you become more capable of recognizing and moving through it. Healing and action have to happen together. You don’t need to become fully healed before you take the next step. Growth will often bring old patterns back to the surface. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It gives you another opportunity to meet them differently. Identity work isn’t always about becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s about becoming more of who you already are. As we release the identities we created to receive love, safety, or belonging, we create more space for our authentic selves. Our earliest experiences, including our relationship with our mother and the circumstances surrounding our birth, can influence the patterns through which we experience the world. As parents, one of the most powerful things we can do for our children is continue doing our own work so we have greater capacity to be present with them. You can change patterns you’ve carried for years. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s developing the awareness, tools, and capacity to move through what arises and keep going. ✨ Resources More About Alyse BacineAlyse Bacine is a pioneering force in childhood trauma healing and transformational breathwork. 036: I Don’t Want All of My Dreams to Come True

Woo! Big news!! The Inner Compass Daily Energy App is now available on Android devices! Check it out here in the Google Play Store!(We're moments away from final approval for Apple - will update this as soon as we're live!)What if the purpose of a dream isn’t simply for it to come true? In this episode, I’m sharing a realization that brought me to tears the moment it landed: I don’t want all of my dreams to come true. Because if every dream I could ever imagine came true, what would be left to dream about? I explore the difference between dreams and goals, why the space between where you are and what you can imagine might actually be where the magic lives, and why some dreams are meant to change, disappear, or simply lead us somewhere we never expected to go. Because dreams aren’t only destinations. They expand our relationship with possibility. They move us toward new vantage points where we can see things we weren’t capable of imagining before. And maybe a beautiful life isn’t one where we eventually check every box. Maybe it’s one where every box we check reveals another part of the map. ✨ Takeaways The purpose of a dream may not simply be for it to come true. Dreams keep us in relationship with possibility. The gap between where you are and where you dream of being isn’t necessarily something you need to collapse. That space can create desire, curiosity, creativity, anticipation, and movement. Goals and dreams are different. A goal wants completion. A dream wants expansion. Dreams can act like horizons. They give us direction without requiring arrival. There are dreams available to your future self that you genuinely cannot imagine from where you’re standing today. Every new experience gives you a different vantage point from which to dream again. Some dreams aren’t supposed to come true exactly as you imagined them. Some change shape, disappear, or reveal what you actually wanted all along. A dream that doesn’t happen hasn’t necessarily failed. It may have done its job by getting you moving somewhere new. Gratitude and desire are not opposites. You can deeply love the life you have and still imagine more. Wanting more doesn’t have to mean your current life isn’t enough. It can mean there is still more of you that wants to be expressed. We often kill dreams by asking practical questions too early. Sometimes the practice is simply allowing yourself to think, “Wouldn’t that be incredible?” You don’t need every dream to become a plan. Some dreams are allowed to stay dreams for a while. The dreams that come true can introduce you to dreams you didn’t even know you had. ✨ ResourcesWhat if you could check your energy as easily as you check the weather?
