Seems Sus

Brandon Wright

Conspiracy theories, strange history, and current events that make you wonder what the hell is going on. On Seems Sus, we get into the headlines, alleged cover-ups, and stories that don’t quite add up. We don’t believe every theory we hear, but we don’t automatically buy every explanation, either. There’s plenty worth questioning, and we’re not afraid to call BS, challenge the narrative, or laugh at how ridiculous some of it gets. Sometimes, things just seem sus.

Ep. 14: Real Life, Broken Systems, and the Lies We’re Told

In this episode of Seems Sus, Brandon and Ed step away from the usual topics and get real about life, loss, and the frustrations that come with living in a system that feels broken. The episode opens with an update on Ed’s wife, who is currently battling a brain tumor and preparing to undergo radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Help Ed and Amanda here:  https://gofund.me/dd76616fc The conversation highlights not only the emotional toll of the situation, but also the harsh realities of the healthcare system, insurance struggles, and the financial burden placed on families dealing with serious illness. They also take time to remember a friend of the show, Greg, who recently passed away while attending the Boston Marathon as a volunteer—something he had always dreamed of doing. From there, the discussion shifts into a wide range of topics that feel all too familiar in today’s world: Rising costs of living and the illusion of wage increasesThe ongoing frustration with insurance companies and medical careGovernment priorities versus everyday struggles of normal peopleMedia narratives, election-year fear cycles, and manufactured distractionsThe return of virus headlines and public skepticismUFO disclosures and whether people even care anymoreMissing scientists, conspiracy theories, and hidden informationThe growing divide between people—and whether it’s by designThroughout the episode, Brandon and Ed question whether the constant stream of chaos, fear, and division is intentional—and if so, what it’s distracting us from. Despite the heavy topics, the episode also highlights moments of hope, including the generosity of others and the reminder that good people still exist, even when the world feels like it’s falling apart.  This isn’t just a conspiracy episode. It’s a conversation about reality—and why so much of it just doesn’t make sense anymore. Ep. 13: Alien Agenda? What Are They Not Telling Us

From recent claims by Matt Gaetz about being briefed on alleged alien hybrid programs, to Tim Burchett continuing to push for answers on UFOs and UAPs, the conversation is starting to shift in a way we haven’t seen before. At the same time, a high-level Air Force general, William McCasland, disappears under strange circumstances… and barely anyone is asking why. And then there’s the tech. Reports of systems capable of detecting a human heartbeat from miles away, NASA pushing forward with missions like Artemis II, and a steady increase in government acknowledgment of “something” in our skies. Individually, you can explain these things. But together? That’s where it starts to get weird. 👽 What We’re Talking About: Alien agenda theories and recent government statements Matt Gaetz and alleged briefings Tim Burchett and UAP disclosure The disappearance of General William McCasland NASA’s Artemis program and why timing matters Advanced tracking technology and what it means Are we being told the truth… or prepared for something? 💬 Join the Live Chat: Drop your thoughts, theories, and questions in the chat. Ep. 12: Hollywood Has A Problem... and Nobody's Talking About It

In this episode of Seems Sus, Brandon and Ed dive headfirst into the uncomfortable side of Hollywood that most people don’t want to talk about.  From resurfaced controversies involving celebrities and underage relationships, to long-standing patterns of behavior that seem to get ignored, we’re asking the question… why does this keep happening? We break down real examples, discuss how certain figures were treated differently, and explore whether fame, influence, and power allow people to get away with things that would destroy anyone else.  Along the way, the conversation goes off the rails in classic fashion; touching on celebrity culture, media narratives, influencer behavior, and the strange patterns surrounding public figures that just don’t add up. If you’ve ever looked at Hollywood and thought something feels off… you’re not alone. Because the deeper you dig, the more it all just seems sus.
