    we're NEURODIVERGENT?! | ADHD & Autism diagnosis, coping mechanisms, and our experience

    We're back with another ep, but today we're tackling something a little more serious 🥲 If you follow Tor on any of her channels, you might know that she's diagnosed with ADHD, but today we're diving into what everyday life looks like with severe combined ADHD, how the diagnosis helped, coping mechanisms, and more💡 In addition, Brontey talks about her current autism assessment, how that's been so far and the behaviours that point to it. Spoiler alert - we filmed this episode at the start of season 3, and we can now confirm Brontey officially has a bit of the ol' tism rhythm lol. Really we made this episode in hopes that it helps just one person who might have grown up feeling different, was 'othered' because of their behaviours, or maybe is just coming to terms with their own neurodivergent behaviours now as an adult. If you feel alone, know that we completely understand!!
