One. Two. Lift - The PodCast The One.Two.Lift podcast is a place to find our reflections and learnings as well as our aspirations and audacious dreams all packaged in a rambling narrative that may at times approach incoherent.   This is real reality - authentic authenticity.   This podcast is the antithesis of the polished presentations you have come to expect - but in a good way.  We are Cassandra and Luke Winegard and we sold our entire lives in Canada and moved with two babies and our “perro blanco” Georgie to the Costa del Sol, Spain, sight unseen…seriously.   The hope was to challenge ourselves and expand by building a new life in Europe…with no defined plan at all.   As you can imagine, that has led to some amazing experiences and some deeply challenging times indeed!  We wouldn’t have it any other way and through the experience we have grown as people, as a couple and as a family.  Our next steps are BIG…and that’s why we are here.   We will discuss: Personal Growth & Awareness This Little Life & the Unexplainable Relocation & Risk Taking Real Estate & Investment Children & Parenting Marriage & Family Connection & Purpose Leadership & Philosophy  Religion, Ancient Texts & Quantum Physics The Magic of Animals & our future Animal Rescue Centre The Truth of how God keeps it Simple And various trivial matters like Saving the World… Welcome to our living room, but with cool microphones.  We will interview amazing guests who will add value and insight to these broad topics - from cancer survivors, to families that have relocated, to business and spiritual leaders…and more!   You may get some of Cass’ original piano pieces, new DJ sets, or our written compositions, new drawings and screaming kids…truly anything is possible.   In the end, we hope to inspire as we take steps to connect; with our authentic self, with a higher wisdom and with all living things around us.   Let’s come together and lift each other and our planet.  LFG!
