You Don't Have to Be "100% Ready" to Start Posting Content | Posted Anyway

Welcome to Posted Anyway! ✨ You keep telling yourself you need a better camera, better lighting, a mic, confidence.. anything to justify why you haven't posted yet. But if you're living with the fear of judgement, these are just excuses that you're telling yourself. In this episode we're talking about why you don't need to be 100% ready to start posting content. We get into why some people are stuck in the planning/preparing phase, the reason why your brain views posting as exposure, and I leave you with an action step that will help to take pressure off of you if haven't started posting yet. The meaning behind "Posted Anyway" resonates deeply with this episode as my main message and theme throughout this whole channel is to post that content ANYWAY. (Yes, even if you're living with the fear of judgement, or not feeling 100% ready!) P.S; Apologies for the focus on my camera & my mic catching the "p's" , I'll be sure to fix these issues for the next episode. ❤️ ✨Timestamps✨ 2:56 Constantly preparing/prepping your content 4:08- Mistaking planning for progress 7:04- WHY your brain keeps you in the planning stage *Science Corner* 16:40- The truth about being/feeling ready 19:02- How to start posting content *Action Step* 🥰Let's connect🥰 Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@postedanyway Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/postedanywayclub E-mail: info@jessicakumah.com #contentcreationforbeginners #contentcreationjourney #contentcreators
