I’ve listened to 5 or 6 of the stories from Podcastle so far and they have clearly gone for a very broad definition of Fantasy with this one. Only one of the stories I’ve listened to so far has been what I would consider fantasy, with the rest falling squarely into the ‘weird fiction’ genre as I see it. Now of course this is fair enough, people can write and broadcast what they wish, and at over 800 episodes they are obviously doing something right. I just fancy something a little bit more down the line maybe and I’m finding it hard to hunt down here.
