The storyline is becoming less about Ambridge and farming….still no mention of inheritance ( we know its an issue on all Ambridge farms), crop prices and yields, need to diversify, crop failures. Yet we get the church is going to be a temporary mosque when required …..really?????!!!! And Ramadan compliance by Linda. Grey Gables reopened….apparently but zero storyline. Home Farm seems to have entirely disappeared off the plot line yet we have a new farm that has randomly appeared overnight due to the death of its tenant.
It’s fast becoming a rambling set of short stories compliant with BBC culture rather than a consistent realist village and agricultural storyline . Come on script writers …and I wholly agree with all comments about short term podcast availability.
