    Lizette - It Is Beautiful To Learn & Unlearn Yourself

    How well do you know you?  Today I want to introduce you to Lizette, this conversation was one that felt like home to me, settled, affirming of what life is meant to be, connected with someone the way I believe we get to be when we are open to ourselves first and then another  Lizette is a human who has learned to value her intuition, her joy in the simple things, and her path to continue allowing life to build who she is becoming, what it means to end things well, and what it is to allow yourself to learn and unlearn who you are  We chat about how independence is a gift but one we find out of necessity at times, how being around those that calm your nervous system is worth more than we can imagine, and how speaking fear in a safe place changes its impact on us  She shares how leaving her home country allows her to build, to define home as more than one place, and how time alone is a treasure and yet so is community  I sat next to Lizette and felt instantly like I was working beside an old friend, we shared an afternoon chatting and working, its connections like these that feel so impactful and so important to who life leads us to be, conversations that continue to be an honor for me to share with you So tune in today and meet Lizette, a human that will remind you how much value is found in knowing yourself, your path, your joy, and how connection deepens with others when it deepens within us first  And to you Lizette thank you, thank you for the shared space, for your openness, your wholeness in which you show up and have reminded me to do the same, you are a woman I am honored to have met and will hold with so much value our time together

    Foteini - Be Known For The Love You Give

    Are you happy with the path of your life? Today I want to introduce you to Foteini, a human with a heart full of love and a life she is happy on her path with. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this sweet human through one of my dear friends and as his sister, she is just as warm and treasured to me. After a day of cooking together with her parents and her taking on the task of translating for us, she sat down and with me and I am so honored to share a bit of her with you We chat about what it means to share experiences, how music is such a deep part of her life, and how joy should be in the everyday, in who you share lunch with and what you get to call your life She shares how fear is not tied to finances, failure, of career, and how life is full and on the path we choose, and how happiness is worth choosing when it comes to purpose. She shares how a break up led her to follow and pursue life in ways she might not have, and how it led her to parts of herself and the life she leads now with joy  Foteini is one of the most full of life, down to earth humans… she is realness, a kind soul, and a light that impacts for the better anyone sharing space with her.     Santi - You Are The Main Character & So Is Everyone Else

    Does your presence allow others to be seen and feel safe? Today I want to introduce you to Santi, someone I believe was put into my life to share this place, joy, and the beauty of life and friendship Santi is a human that has empathy as one who has known the hardness of life, one who loves life as a human that feels joy fully, and one that shows up as a friend with sincerity  We chat about what it means to be at home in yourself, to have community and friendship around the world, and to treat your own life as if it matters, because it does He shares how the fear of losing mental capacity, the desire to live fully, and the fear in how he has made major changes in where he lives and what he does motivates him to hold onto all that life is becoming  We chat about change, a shared sense of simplicity and adventure, how insecurity of what we look like and how aspects of who we are that we don’t choose, can cause insecurity and what letting go of those things, fully accepting ourselves, and how that causes us to be whole and love life more fully, and live more fully  Santi is one who causes others to feel at ease within themselves, to know they are seen and valued for who they are, both as a friend and in his work, he is one that has chosen to build a life he loves and will remind you just how possible your own happiness is as well  So tune in and meet Santi and find out why this sweet friend of mine has kept a smile on my face, makes me feel so treasured, and has been my partner in art and life these last weeks Life grants us the gift of knowing another and I am so honored to share this one with you today  And to you Santi thank you, thank you for being so fully you and for every second we have spent together, from runs to editing, shooting, random adventures, and simply the connection of who you are.     Gabriel - Take Action That Leads To A Simple Life

    What would it look like for you to take the right path in life? Today I want to introduce you to Gabriel, a human that doesn’t only value community but creates space, and acts in a way that fosters and holds space for others to feel like family. I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel in Barcelona and quickly gained a friend. Gabriel is a human that values what it means to show up for goals, for your friends, to be kind, and take notice of the simple pleasures this life has granted us We chat about the value of health, both mental and physical, how we get to invest in that value everyday, and how quickly that becomes important when we lose it. He shares how competing in calisthenics changed so much for him, how getting to put to the test his hard work, to be continuously motivated by what others can do, and the community in the sport are so much a part of what he loves  He shares why being yourself, being kind, showing up in life, relationships, work, and all we do without ego being a driving force truly allows us to see the beauty in everyday life, to challenge ourselves, and hold space for community that feels like family Gabriel is one that does not simply talk about what he wants life to look like, but takes consistent action in continuing to become a human he is proud of, one that puts in the hard work, will always say hello to those around him, hold space for others to learn and be inspired, and one who will take the right path not the easy one So tune in today and meet Gabriel, and learn a little of why everyone who knows him speaks so highly of him, and finds it an honor to call him a friend And to you Gabi thank you, thank you for being a part of the community that feels like home in Barcelona to me, for your kindness, your energy and motivation when training, for the way to do not hold back a compliment to those around you, and for the time I get to share with you, you are a truly remarkable human and it is an honor to call you a friend

    Abdel - How Powerful It Is To Be Grateful

    Have you ever been asked the same question by two different people, one that sat not quiet right, and one that felt easy? Today I want to introduce you to Adbel a human that loves sharing life with others, one that treats friendship like the souvenir of all the places we go and the experiences we have We chat about what it means to be someone who seeks out the interjections that connect us, what it looks like to not forget yourself in showing up for others, and why defining ourselves by a title misses so much of who we really are He shares how he’s learned how capable her is, how fear of what might be or what ought be lost isn’t something he worries about, but the reality that relationships are at a time, only for a time has been a harder thing to face at times We chat about how question like “where are you from” and comments like “your different” miss so much of the value of culture and differences, how growing up in a country that saw his background as one to be hesitant of, how it isn’t just the question but rather the motivation behind it, and how it is his responsibility to live his own life first and foremost Abdel is a human who if you are lucky enough to bump into in a line in a foreign country, strike up a conversation, and share a day together, he is one who will remain in your life as a friend you can learn from, be inspired by, know your in a safe space to feel and be heard, and remember what it is to be open and real about how life can be, both good and hard So tune in today and meet Abdel, a human with a genuine, joy filled passion for being just that, human And to you Abdel thank you, thank you for being a sweet sincere soul, for being the kind that vales connection, of the way you so genuinely share life, your home, and treated me as if I was in my own in yours.     Tyla - You Are One Of One

    Do you think we lose our innocence?  Today I want to introduce you to Tyla, one of the humans life just causally dropped into my life as if to say, “you two were supposed to find each other”  Tyla is exactly what comes to mind when I think of a woman who will dance when there is music, pour her whole self into whatever she does, and be the one to listen when y oh are in front of her  We chat about how memories are valuable both in the remembering and in the being made, how social media gets to me a place we watch them back, and how childlike wonder is something we should never let go of  She shares how times in life have led her to not only trust the choices she makes, but also to remember that she is one person living one life, and to have grace for our younger selves, to not greet we did the best we could  Tyla is someone that will remind you what it is to hold a strength that doesn’t steal your glow, to hold onto the light and joy we get to pursue, and to not forget or negate what we or another might have or be going through  So tune in and meet Tyla, a human that will share how life brings us our people when we are our whole selves and to take every chance you get to know fully just who you are  And to you Tyla thank you, thank you for being the girl who will dance with me, make a friend in a bathroom, understand the depth and pain that life can bring, and refuse to let it win over the absolute beauty that this life gets to be.
