I recommend this podcast to everyone

My love language is buying people self help books that have helped me... so when I recommend this podcast it means I love the podcast and I care a lot about you 😅This podcast has helped me work through a lot and I look forward to listening to a new episode every week... the answers to questions are relatable and helpful for everyone even if the question doesn’t reflect your personal situation. Thanks Michelle and I can’t wait to read your new book when it comes out in February 🖤

Very helpful Podcast

I love Michelle’s work and her eloquence in explaining the feelings world. I felt moved listening to Michelle’s inner compassionate voice. Unfortunately due to the adverts in the middle of the podcast (which are louder than Michelle’s voice) I was thrown out of my flow which left me feeling frustrated by the interruption.

Insightful and Witty

Love this podcast and all the work Michele had done online for countless strangers like myself!
