Amazing!

Love this podcast and I don’t usually listen to podcasts! I love Q&A Monday’s on Michelle’s Instagram so I knew this was going to be good. Highly recommend ❤️

No toxic positivity here, just tons of honest & really helpful advice

I avoid most "advice" type podcasts and insta accounts because there is often lots of toxic positivity and lack of trauma awareness - but I LOVE Michelle's approach & her Monday insta Qs! She has a really honest, positive and healthy approach to advice that I have learned so much from and so glad she's now brought that to her podcast. I've really enjoyed what I've heard so far (and made lots of notes to refer back to in future) looking forward to everything to come!
