Real women; Real conversations; Real Issues.
We're two Northern birds on a mission to start the conversations that we need to have, that matter, that are important for women in today's society - the conversations that we should be having, but we're not. We're the conversation starters and we're here to create some game changers.
About Jane Kenyon:
Jane is a serial entrepreneur, intuitive coach, inspirational speaker, author, audacious commentator, campaigner and female champion. For the past 25 years she has been working in the personal development sector facilitating mind-set shifts and personal transformations with both adults and teenagers from all walks of life. Her passion for potential is contagious.
Although raised in a wealthy family, Jane had a traumatic youth tainted by abuse and abandonment and this led to her leaving the family home to go it alone at age 16. After a successful corporate career in marketing and brand development, followed by 20 years as a serial entrepreneur, she is now on her third act as a social leader and game changer with a particular passion for empowering teenage girls – the next generation of female leaders and business women.
She founded Girls Out Loud in 2010 when she could remain passive no more and felt compelled to step up and support girls to navigate through a more and more challenging landscape, unharmed. After piloting a programme for 12 vulnerable girls in Blackpool in 2009 she knew she had found her next act.
Her legacy, through Girls Out Loud is to embed a more empowering mind-set in girls that in effect, inspires them to think big, reach for the stars and make better life choices. Central to the Girls Out Loud mission is to introduce girls to awesome, successful female role models through the Big Sister mentoring programme and motivational events.
About Jodie Salt:
Jodes is an Executive Coach and Assertiveness Coach to women - specialising in helping women to smash the glass ceiling in senior leadership positions. She is an expert in leadership development, behavioural change, influencing and presence & impact. She is also Business Development Manager for Girls Out Loud working side by side with Jane to make a bigger impact with teen girls, especially as a mum to 3 teenager daughters herself.
Jodes is also a serial entrepreneur - alongside her corporate coaching business she is also a No1 bestselling author with her book, Woman Up, Co-founder of Leading Ladies Society - a membership & networking setup for women (and Patron of Girls Out Loud), is the curator of women's empowerment & wellbeing festival, Womanifest™ and also runs womens personal development & wellbeing retreats all around the world as the Co-founder of Re-Treat Yourself.

Series 4 Episode 6: Where is your energy 'home'?

Series 4 Episode 6: Where is your energy 'home'?

In our final episode of series 4 where our theme has been 'Female Energy Matters' we round up our discussions throughout the series and ask the questions... Where is your energy 'home'? We all have a natural energy place along the male/female spectrum, but we don't always sit there... we get 'out of flow' and that's what makes us exhausted and like everything is an uphill battle. Sometimes, we 'learn' to sit in a different energy based on what we've been conditioned with and have little awareness that we're doing it. It's time to claim back our natural position and feel 'in flow' again with an abundance of purposeful energy!
