So helpful

I’ve gained something from every episode. Definitely worth a listen if you have anxiety/panic/depression or are just interested in mindfulness. Helped me through a tough few weeks/months.

Love the show

I’ve been really enjoying the show, as a Tuesday’s With Stories listener it was a no-brainer subscribing to Joe List’s Mindful Metal Jacket, his interest in mental health is very real and sincere and this translates in the podcast.

I really admire Joe List - his victories over his vices like alcoholism and his bravery and honesty with his own STD history are two things that show the integrity of the man - STD’s in particular being something that adversely affected my own mental health for years as I bottled up my own experience and struggled through a battle for years with nobody to speak to because of my own shame and foolishness - it should be more socially accepted to be open about these things which affect MANY of us.

I love the idea behind this show and Joe List is a perfect host, I would say start your first listen with Chris Allen as guest then go from there.
