I’ve never jogged before (not properly) mainly Bcos of anxiety jogging alone without a friend and just zero motivation alone. It’s like jogging with a funny motivating friend and I’ve jogged more than I ever have in my life! Thank you 😁
Great change to the normal c25k app
I stumbled upon this podcast on Instagram about halfway through my c25k journey. It made a nice change having something different to listen to whist pounding the pavements and somehow it seemed time went quicker! Funny and honest I’d definitely recommend this podcast if you’re thinking about starting the c25k!
It’s got me plodding again!
I have to say after having a strop at not being able to find the old NHS Couch to 5K podcast my hubby found this one and I haven’t gone back to the NHS one! I’m enjoying this one, and I like how the creator is on a journey as well and you can hear the improvements in each session. I love the sarcasm, plus, when he says “OK” it kinda sounds like he’s saying “Kay” which is my name! So this morning it was “Kay...this is your last run, c’mon you can do it” and I did! Thank you so much for keeping me entertained and going forward because as a fat, unfit person, it is hard :)
