What's your love language?
Love languages is a topic I for one am very intrigued by! In this episode I take the infamous love languages test to rank the 5 love languages; physical touch, acts of service, quality time, words of affirmation and gift-giving. I then breakdown what this means for me in my life. I recommend taking the quiz yourself!

Life in Edinburgh, travel and content creation with Viola Baker aka @thecrankydamsel.
This week Viola, also known as @thecrankydamsel on Instagram, comes on the podcast to chat about everything Edinburgh, travel and content creation. Viola is a fellow Edinburgh girlie and so we discuss life in Edinburgh as a student, our favourite local spots and things to do as well as the inspiration and creativity behind Viola’s content creation on Instagram. We also talk about Viola’s travels and her role as editor for a lifestyle magazine. Viola makes the most aesthetic Edinburgh content and reminds me to romanticise the city. The episode is super fun and inspiring and I hope you enjoy listening.

Friendships in your 20s.
Friendship is a BIG topic that I have touched on before but have been thinking about a lot recently and wanted to dive into further on the podcast. We talk all things making friends, maintaining friendships, friendship advice and those horrible friendship breakups... lots of love, Niamh xxx

Breaking down wellness and how to achieve balance between the different areas in your life.
At the start of 2023, one of my favourite podcasts Already Friends (I recommend!) published their '8 Dimensions of Wellness' series. I was inspired by the Already Friends podcast to reflect on the different areas of my life that add up to my overall wellness. My intellectual, financial, physical, social, emotional, environmental, occupational and spiritual wellness. I discuss how I divide my time to make sure I prioritise each area and achieve an overall balance in my life.

36 questions to fall in love (or just get to know someone better).
In this episode I go through the popular '36 questions to fall in love'... I mean I don't want to make you all fall in love with me, but I thought it would be fun to go through these deep questions and you can get to know me better and think about your own answers as well as ask your friends or a partner some of these questions. Here's to being honest and open even when it's scary! Lots of love ;) Niamh xxx

Customer Reviews
My favourite podcast!
I really love this podcast hosted by Niamh. She covers a range of topics in a chatty and informal way. Included in the podcasts are regular updates, book reviews and discussions about contemporary issues and topics. One my favourites is the recent one about reading & mental health, it really made me want to pick up my book and read again!
I’m not much of a podcast listener but I really love this one and would recommend it to anyone!
Episode specific comment
This review is specifically about the episode: ‘Dealing with societal pressures and taboos as a woman’. This is the first time I come across this show, great initiative and super engaging episode. But often times it felt like I was listening to a vlog on YouTube. The idea was there but you focused majorly on your own experience. I do appreciate that you acknowledged the fact that this is entirely based on your own life experience but it would’ve been really nice if there was more research and/or a conversation/debate around these issues we face on a daily basis to rise awareness and for other people to relate. But again, this is great work, thanks for bringing to the table such sensitive subject. Keep up the hard work :)
Interesting and enjoyable
A really lovely listen. Covering different topics but including book reviews and a quote in each podcast which I loved. Having teenage daughter myself, it was really lovely to listen to Niamh’s very wise thoughts and perspective on life.
