Vinney Chopra has been an avid Real Estate Investor for over 30 years. He developed great skills to purchase "diamond in the rough" assets and holds them for long periods of time. He became fascinated with commercial real estate after he passed his brokers exam.

Vinney has been a "systems man" all his life. He created systems to delegate many facets of laborious work to other people as he motivated America's Youth through speeches and goal-setting to achieve their goals and dreams.

Mr. Chopra is a Mechanical Engineer by education, but he left that behind when he entered USA with $7 in his pocket to do his Masters in Business Administration in Marketing at The George Washington University in Washington DC.

Vinney has raised millions of dollars throughout his career in various positions.

He says his life goal is to help successful accredited individuals, entrepreneurs, and business professionals in investing in commercial real estate in Emerging Markets in the United States. His passion is to help build streams of "Passive Income" among his investors and see them in enjoying retirement peacefully and productively through successful syndications.
