3.15 Henry Nelson Case: Create a career you love as a millennial lawyer with content creator & mental health advocate That Corporate Lawyer, Henry Nelson-Case (1/3 Manifestor)

Crippled with anxiety and stress not being able to physically move and get up for work one Friday morning in 2020 to being a globally recognised content creator and mental health advocate challenging toxic corporate culture, Henry Nelson-Case (who you probably know as That Corporate Lawyer) has created a multi-passionate and fulfilling career that breaks the norms of the traditional legal career path. But how? Henry’s career looks very different now to when he began life as a corporate city lawyer.   We get into how Henry created a portfolio career as a content creator, mental health advocate and a consultant lawyer all on his terms. Working in a way that’s aligned with his passions, strengths and natural working ways has led to opportunities like being on a billboard in Piccadilly Circus, doing a Ted X talk and working with global brands.  It all began with one TikTok video that he nearly deleted…. We take a deep dive into Henry’s journey to uncover how he is able to make money from his gifts, have a global personal brand and still practice law in a way that works for him.  We also candidly get into millennial working ways, toxic corporate culture, dealing with imposter syndrome, judgements from colleagues and so much more. You can expect:- How Henry got started as a content creatorThe first TikTok video that nearly got deleted - why he kept it and how he kept goingThe key ingredient to being a content creator that most people overlookMoving beyond judgements of colleagues, friends & family when doing something differentWorking outside of the corporate ladder structure & creating your own pathWorking through imposter syndromeMaking money from your passionsWhy following your joy mattersToxic corporate & legal behaviorsUrgency cultureMillennials, their traits & why they won’t make phone callsMillennials as leadersDifferent working norms between the generatorsThe future of work-place cultureFinally you can expect a mini reading of Henry’s Human Design chart a 1 / 3 Manifestor.
