Lesson 5: Wearing Masks to Hide Ugliness & Cancel Culture

Why did Korean people wear masks on a daily basis even before the pandemic? What is a forbidden fashion statement in Korea that’s not in the States? (Also, clarification: when we discuss wearing whatever, we’re referring to general public and not specific environments such as the workplace because work attire is a different story.!)
