Only just subscribed thus afternoon...
I’ve just listened to “From paralysis to marathon” as I am currently off work feeling very rough with flu. Wow. What a positively challenging, stimulating and catalyst for opportunities. Many years ago I actually worked as an exercise therapist for folk with paralysis injuries. My mind, heart and life was forever changed and blessed through that experience. This pod cast has challenged me to retune and reconsider my approaches, and motivations. I also experienced mental health challenges some years later and again, ironically I was blessed through the positive learning, experience and evolution of self through that illness. I’m glad it happened. Thank you for this pod cast. My only comment is make sure you “stay humble” whilst also exploring, living and loving. Peace.
I absolutely love these podcasts. Josh is such an inspiration and I love the fact that these podcasts cover so many different topics of conversation. I love finding new people with a journey that I can follow, the stories of all of these guests are very powerful. The podcasts are well presented and I could listen to them all day.
Every episode and individual story is amazing to hear and really makes you think about your one life challenges and how to overcome them.
