    With hardship comes ease

    Today I share two of my big struggles in life, I thought long and hard about sharing this episode, I am pretty open about my life but I suppose sharing it for anyone to listen to can be a little daunting. I want to share as I hope someone out there can maybe relate and not feel alone. Today I share my journey on losing my dad and dealing with my trauma through sexual abuse. If you are suffering with any type of trauma, I can highly recommend some professionals that help you deal and talk about your experiences. I am here to tell you, you are not alone. We are all on our own journey it's about becoming the hero and not the villian. Unfortunately, life can be hard, it's about letting go of everything you expect life to be and letting it be what it is.
