Great podcast for those with long covid or healthcare professionals to raise awareness

As a respiratory consultant with long covid I’ve just discovered this and listened to the mount sinai physio rehab. It is affirming that the symptoms I am experiencing with PEM after physical or mental exertion is commonplace.

Their very slow symptom lead rehab sounds something I need to try- wind it back and try and get stability rather than boom and bust!

I just hope some colleagues and friends will have a listen to understand how hard and frustrating this illness is.

Thanks Darren.

Dietitian long hauler

Excellent podcast for AHPs living with long covid and treating patients with long covid. Every episode resonates and contains lightbulb moments. Also worth a listen to learn how to recover from an acute covid infection and possibly avoid becoming a long hauler. Keep up the outstanding work Darren.
