Fantastic podcast and topics

This was exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve just listened to your latest podcast and it’s really helped me. It would be so easy to look back on 2020 with negativity but you made me realise just how many great things happened last year. It’s made me feel so proud of things I achieved and overcame last year. I’m going to look back on 2020 with some really fond memories despite the challenges. I find your voice so clear and relaxing and your topics very thought provoking. They are making me focus on me a little bit more.
