Laura

Got a messy mind? Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? 6 episodes, 6 journal exercises. All of which I have used at some point to help me get unstuck and to here and now today. Maybe it can help you get started and continue to move forward in your own journey. Feeling more positive, more inspired, more whole. Just like me. Each week we explore one journalling exercise. I share my own journal response each week and talk about the transformations I have made as a result of this exercise. I hope it will help you to do the same.

    CONQUER

Welcome to the third episode of the podcast - Conquer My name is Laura. (you can find me on IG: @going_for_something). I am a mindset coach who helps stuck women to clarify their goals and take their next steps without constant overwhelm. Some time ago when I found myself stuck and lost,  I started to look at successful, happy people. What did they do? I realised that so many of them journal. Therefore, I needed to start doing this myself. And I did. When I started, I had no idea how to journal or what to say.  I was overwhelmed by everything. This series will give you ideas and inspiration of things you might like to explore in your own journal. To: get to know yourself better, clear your mind and ultimately grow and go for your goals. Even when scared, even when overwhelmed. Each episode will briefly look into the pages of my journal and a journalling exercise I have done at some point.  Talk about the steps I took in this time, related to this question that helped me get to today. I hope to provide you insights to help you to move forward in your own journey. And know that journalling is by no means some 'perfect story'. You are using this to clear the mess, for ideas - good AND bad, for shame and doubt and dreams and wishes. This weeks journal exercise will help you take the next action steps forward: How could I most benefit and profit from the next 3-6 months? What is this the perfect time to do? I would love to hear your answers or thoughts to this weeks question so please do share all your responses or any little highlights from them with me. Sending good wishes for your week!
