Alice found her niche and passion in younger organisations or start ups that are driven by passionate people with and exciting visionshe is now specialising in digital learning and building a vision for people development at Monzo bankHer aim is to bring people development into the heart of a business and make it crucial to performance by helping them achieve great things by focusing on the challenges people are actually having whilst they do their job.Alice loves to simplify what they do by focusing on real challenges, and push people to see how we can be really effective with digital learning at the point of need she also likes to be the challenging person in the room and for people to hear what I have learnt and see how it can help drive their people forward too.Although not covered in the podcast, Alice I was the first person in her family to go to uni and believes It’s really important to inspire other people and make a difference...Not only that she's an awesome swimmer bit I guess that story is for another day.

In her coaching focus, she helps decision makers and growing start-ups tap into their values to make a purposeful difference. She combines a high “BS-o-meter” with deep compassion in a fluid, creative coaching and facilitation style.
The book “Values-based: Career and Life Changes that Make Sense” is out on Amazon and her book on values and decision-making is currently being finalized. Christine is a Fellow of the RSA and the Learning and Performance Institute. Her academic background is in Psychology and Communication, Conflict Resolution and Systemic Change. She lived in 6 countries on 4 continents and calls London her home.

It grows on you
I was skeptical at first but by the end of the first episode, I was gripped. Highly recommend it!
Its ok but very repetitive on themes
There is some useful stuff in these podcasts and some interesting guests. However too many of the themes and messages are repetitive and after a while you get tired of the host bashing e-learning, MOOCs or anything else he doesn’t agree with. There is also a lot of abstract talk about designing experiences but no real concrete examples of specifically what that means in the context of a business. There are better podcasts for L@D out there.

Absolutely captivated by this podcast.
Where others I listen to I know there’s a second agenda hidden behind (selling products/courses/services) this is right at the other end.
Authentic. Honest. Heartwarming.
I got into this industry because I believed there were great, passionate people in it, they were just being out-shadowed by some of the bad ones.
