Great vibe
Aaron has a down to earth vibe that makes you feel like you’re listening to a chat amongst friends. Being a yoga teacher himself he has a good network to pull his guest from and every episode is informative & interesting it’s own way. Keep doing what you’re doing Aaron 👍🏿
A soothing delight
This podcast made me relate to all that revolves around the physical and meditation aspect of yoga. Sometimes our energies are preserved and aligned in harmony, however it’s only natural for us to occasionally slip up or slightly hinder: And that’s the beauty of attempting perfection. Yogis talk about everything from issues about the lack of affordable menstruation pads in Kenya, to universal allowance and capitalism, a must for all yoga lovers and those who are simple interested. Also, Aaron has the most calming podcast voice ever, which couldn’t be more ideal for this podcast~
Great podcast!
Super interesting podcast, love all the guests and hearing their stories!
