Hey, I'm Shaela. I'm a wife, homeschool mom of three, ministry wife, Christian fitness coach, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and breast cancer survivor. For years, I thought I needed more discipline. I chased motivation, tried complicated workout plans, second-guessed every nutrition decision, and spent far too much mental energy trying to be healthy. Then, after my breast cancer diagnosis, I needed simple health solutions more than ever. I didn't want health to become the center of my life.
