I did made by Moyse season 20 and have benefited from Kris’s coaching beyond all expectations. Now in the online academy which is a resource rich environment. Pod casts are an additional bonus that I use for extra motivation and you can go back and listen to relevant subjects. I particularly like the recent one on confidence and the one on emotional eating. I truly feel that I have broken free of a bad relationship with food and have the knowledge to manage my diet and lifestyle going forward.
