I got introduced to these podcasts via my brother who has done amazingly via Kris’s coaching. I started jumping around but am now starting from the start in numerical order as I have loved the way Kris gets his information across.
I went to one of Kris’s Saturday morning classes (23/4/22) being that I am lucky to be local to Kris. I am looking to use these podcasts and some training to change my life for the better and move my life forward.

Just listened to Episode 76 and bloomin heck did it resonate and make sense! I whole heartedly put my hands up to listening to the naughty side of my brain. Would highly recommend listening to this, especially if your inner thoughts are getting in the way of moving forward with transformation or in the way of moving forward in life.
