Really enjoyed the Training 101 podcast as it echoed so many of my own thoughts about exercise. I learned loads and it will really help me get stronger and fitter to acheive my goals, which are purely based on health and everyday function rather than aesthetics.

Kris’s podcasts are always informative, educational but mostly warm and encouraging. He is skilled in talking about tricky subjects using an easy to understand approach. His experience of the health and fitness industry is clear and delivered through these talks brilliantly

Kris is inspirational, motivating, easy to listen to, talks about all those topics you need guidance or need help with and is also a little bit funny (so will give you plenty of smiles to brighten your day whilst also helping you to build a stronger you.) Mentally this is the podcast you need in your life right now to get you through tough times, strong times and every day life! Thanks 😃
