    122. Copshop VS I Am Wrath; Respect VS Solos; Malignant VS No Man's Land

In Cinemas this week, we all marvel at Alexis Louder stealing Copshop from under the noses of Frank Grillo and Gerard Butler who were busy being manly, Shaun (as Shaun does) sees more films at Cinema than anyone else with Malignant and Respect (makes us wonder where to go for the music biopic now).

At home with Netflix and friends, Sharon goes double Grillo with No Man's Land, Shaun catches John travolta's stab at Geriaction with I am Wrath and Tosin catches Amazon's pandemic project SOLOS.

    121. Shang-Chi VS 9/11 : Inside the President's War room; People Just Do Nothing : Big In Japan VS The White Lotus; The Night House VS The Swarm

It's Marvel Time again. Tosin experiences Cinema with a baby thanks to the Everyman Cinema Birmingham and watches Shang-Chi and the legend of the Ten Rings.
Shaun Watches that and adds reviews of People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan and The Night House.

Sharon stays at home seeing what George Bush was really doing in 9/11 : Inside the President's War Room.
Tosin doesn't see what all the fuss about The White Lotus is about and Shaun watches a Netflix movie he (shock horror!!) actually likes in the Swarm (not the Michael Caine one)

    120. Candyman VS The Stand; Censor VS Bad Day for The Cut; Our Ladies VS Sweet Girl

After a week's break because Tosin forgot the recording equipment, we are back in Cinemas with Tosin recalling and revisiting childhood trauma with Candyman (never saying that 5 times in a mirror), Sharon rather offended by Our Ladies and Shaun very impressed by Censor.

At home, tosin finds out what would have happened if Taken had gone the whole hog and been made in Ireland (instead of just having an Irish lead) with Bad day for The Cut; Sharon watches a Stephen King Update in The Stand, and Shaun watches Jason Momoa punch Big Pharma in the face till they change their ways in Sweet Girl.

    117. THE Suicide Squad VS Summerland; The Sparks Brothers VS Kim's Convinience

We all got the same Memo this week: Watch THE Suicide Squad.

The only other thing we caught at the cinema (courtesy of Shaun) was The Sparks Brothers Documentary.

At Home, Sharon has a lovely only time with Gemma Atherton
And Tosin dishes the dirt on five seasons of Canada's first Asian Family Kim's Convenience.

Brilliant podcast!

This is a real treat to listen to for any film/tv buff but still accessible for those with limited knowledge - like me. I listen to this to find out what’s worth me spending my time watching - which is exactly what it says on the tin. The 3 hosts clearly get on well and make this a really entertaining and engaging podcast.

Brilliant show

Love the show. Listen to it every week to know what the latest is in the cinema and on Netflix. They don’t only review the newest shows but also general content meaning you get a real mix. The dynamic of the three hosts work really well and is always entertaining. Definitely worth a watch!
