Great support for readers of the brilliant book
After reading the book ‘Never Binge Again’ this podcast has helped me in keeping focused on the positives, and helped me to move on from bingeing to become a healthy eater.
This is brilliant!!!
As a qualified counsellor, binge eater, over eater, emotional eater, secret eater and yo yo dieter for over 30 years, I am fully aware that my traumatic childhood led me to develop my disordered eating. However, after reaching my heaviest weight and being in despair I came upon this podcast and book. Absolutely fantastic!!! Finally I get it!!! I’ve stopped thinking of food 24/7, I’m aware the pig is what has made me miss out on so many life experiences, no more!!! I am in control!! My pig has been caged!!! Thank you so much. I feel completely in control. No more pig outings for me, 100% positive!!! Anybody struggling to gain control, you need to read this.
Fat phobic
Although this may help some people, it’s such a dangerous approach for those with eating disorders. It should be very clearly titled as a weight loss guide for the overweight. Many who binge are restrictive eaters and/ or bulimic, therefore already dangerously underweight (but desperately looking for ways to stop bingeing.) I hope none of them stumble across this podcast as it could be incredibly harmful.
