Great for beginners starting a fitness programme

After being a couch potato for too many years this is great for beginning, or returning to a fitness programme. It would be good to have a version without all the instructions every time you listen, but this is only a minor detail . I’m enjoying getting back to feeling fitter and healthier.

Great programme for getting into fitness

I used this on my off-days of the C25k series, and found it manageable and a great complement to the running. I graduated a couple months ago and still use the final podcast in tandem with other bodyweight routines. Highly recommended.
