Hi Michael, thank you so much for sharing your story. I always enjoy the episodes but this one is right up there. I think most of us do too much for others and neglect ourselves. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reading The Kindness Method by Shahroo Izadi; it’s thought provoking and a game changer. And she’s another amazing soul like you guys who bring the podcast to us each week. All best wishes from a fellow Liverpool resident.
