Hello Just listen to Luke’s Chat and can really relate to it having had OCD my whole life and was helped so much via my family and OCD specialist Dc Veale in the priory In north London , I feel like I’ve come through the other side even though most days I still have struggles as it never really leaves you it’s about siting with the uncomfortable and over time the thoughts / urges whatever they may Be fade over time allowing you to move forward with your life.
If possible I’d love to hear and help anybody out there as I know how hard and horrible it can be
I’m also a very keen boxer and been training at the peacock gym in east london for last 5 plus years and for me the boxing has helped me so much mentally, Like Luke says OCD can be a positive if channelled in the right way as you aim and strive for perfection , but OCD can also take you to dark places and ruin your health and life , it’s so important to seek help and talk I’ve learnt that over the last 20 or so years, please keep up the great work lads a fantastic idea and concept to see Boxers Talking about there various problems and struggles , we all have battles in life and the hardest fight is usually outside the ropes and people don’t see that , let’s keep talking and helping each other out
Best wishes
