    Rain and Flooding Check In Meditation

    This meditation is specifically aimed at those dealing with heavy rain and floods at the moment as that is what is present where I live in Australia at the moment. Starting with a body scan and connecting to our feelings. Flooding can be quite anxiety inducing so I aim to bring a bit of peace and relaxation into your day with this meditation.     A meditation to cut cords with people, places and things that are attached to you energetically... A way to do it with love and compassion rather than blame. Think of it like clearing out your computer and emptying the trash... We are emptying ourselves so we have more space to flow with life and what comes rather than holding on tightly to things that either do not serve us anymore or are not relevant to our present.
