Pause and Play it Forward is a podcast by Nicola Greenbrook and Rosie Kendrick about music, old and new, and how it makes us feel. We're the nostalgia-meets-now music podcast for anyone who loves discovering, rediscovering and chatting about great music. No music snobbery. No sticking to one decade. Just us, Nicola and Rosie, having a chat about the songs that soundtrack our lives. We start with our Track of the Week, each sharing the songs we've been listening to and why they've been on repeat. Then there's a themed Top Five; we each bring three songs based on a theme, chosen completely independently with no tactical texting or sneaky hints, and somehow negotiate our way to one glorious Top Five on that theme. Every week we build a brand-new mixtape featuring every track we’ve talked about.
