    Episode 2 of Plated is here! I sit down at Stargazer Cast Iron with their co-founder and CEO Peter Huntley. If you don't own a cast iron skillet, you should really consider it. In my humble opinion they're an incredibly valuable tool in the kitchen due to their thermal transfer ability, durability, and versatility.
