    What happens when nearly half a million unaccompanied kids are handed to HHS and the vetting is stripped because it takes too long? Steve Hilton sits down with Kyle Campbell and does not blink. 479,000 children into HHS. Camps that released kids with almost no checks. A container lot used as an address.
