Changing my life

This podcast is a game changer! Until recently I’ve been stuck in a space of procrastinating at night and sleeping in (the joys of being self employed). The last month since I’ve been listening I’ve been giving myself a yes vote in the morning and getting up early. I’ve reclaimed hours of productive time and Adrienne’s enthusiasm for life has got me motivated. Thanks so much - have been recommending to all my friends and family!
