    Andy Watt - Racing Hyrox in full Firefighter Protective Gear!

    Andy caught our eye in London when he competed a Hyrox race in full Fire Fighter PPE! As if the race isn't hard enough imagine adding Firefighter trousers, jacket, helmet and breathing apparatus! Unreal! Serving in the Royal Air Force, Andy talks about how he balances his Firefighter role with coaching and military life.     Joanna Wiertrzyk - Storming into Hyrox at only 22 years old with one of the fastest pro times ever!

    Wow, what can we say about this episode! We loved chatting to Jo, she is one of the most awesome girls we have had on the podcast. Not only that, she is rapid! Jo is causing a storm down in Australia, at only 22 years old she has just posted the forth fastest time ever in the pro female race with an incredible 1hr 52 seconds. Then, 2 days after recording this episode she went and beat her PB in Perth and got a 1hr 46 seconds! Jo is going to been to watch as she has qualified for all the majors this year and we cannot wait to see her race. This episode is an incredibly insightful chat and it will inspire you to get out there and do it!     Pelayo Menendez Fernandez - 4th in the world - No expectations means no limits!

    Pelayo stormed into Hyrox making a name for himself quickly amongst the Elite 15. He comes from a triathlon background so something a little different from the other elite male Hyrox athletes; a sport that has such an incredible crossover and it shows. He took 4th pace at the Hyrox World Championships in Nice and when we sat down to chat we realised just how he managed to do it. Working a full time job, training incredibly hard and coaching at Pele performance, Pelayo highlights just how you can achieve your goals if you are happy to prioritise and work for them.     Lhea Terzaki - Official Hyrox Ambassador on helping women become unstoppable hybrid athletes

    We caught back up with Lhea after speaking to her on the podcast back in April with some of the Rox Queens. Since then Lhea has gone from strength to strength to build her profile in the Hybrid space as a champion for females in sport. Lhea is so supportive, passionate and easy to chat to, she really is a great role model for females getting into the Hyrox racing scene. If you are thinking about signing up to your first race this episode may just make you commit and hit that button.     Suzy Keeping - Behind the scenes of Hyrox with an assistant race director

    Ever wondered how Hyrox set up these huge races? Races like London Olympia for example where thousands of people walk through the doors to race or spectate over 3 days being set off in waves every 10 minutes? Have you ever stopped to think how long it must take to set up the race venue and pack it away? Do you know how many times they measure that running track so they can confirm it hits 1km at every venue? We were lucky enough to talk to Suzy who explained just how Hyrox do it and we promise you will be blown away with the organisation, teamwork and dedication to make your Hyrox race experience the best it could be! Next time you race, make sure you thank the volunteers, event staff and if you see them the race directors because these legends are doing an incredible job to grow this sport! Thank you guys!
