In this episode, named after an article written by Dr Brady in 2021, we discuss how the changing nature of radiologist work is having the paradoxical effect of making us less visible to our clinical colleagues and patients, at a time when radiology has never been more integral to patient care. Dr Brady also introduces the concept of value based radiology and explains why we need to shift the emphasis from volume to value of outputs.
