Unmissable!

This is a fantastic podcast and really insightful for anyone to listen to, regardless of whether you are looking for a new role or not. Fantastic line-up of interviewees with a heap of advice for everyone to take on board. Not only is it insightful, it goes into great detail on individual stories, be it from a large global family run recruitment company (Reed.com) to a satchel company that was started up with only £600 behind it, this podcast takes you on a journey through their personal working stories, giving you the best insight into what they are looking for in a candidate, and what you should also be looking for. Can’t wait to hear the next one.

Very Insightful Interview with James Reed

Just listened to the first podcast, which was excellent. Same great material and points regarding surrounding yourself with talented individuals, investing in people and how to build a successful business. Certainly worth a listen and I’ll be tuning into some of the other episodes.

Great podcast - really insightful

When I first saw Ricky announce his podcast I was interested straight away. However, I thought it would be solely recruitment focus. But it is actually so much more than that! To be able to get into the minds of so many successful individuals, and not only find out how they hire, as well as their top tips on recruitment... but also learn about their journey and opinions on things. So much valuable knowledge can be taken away. To summarise, it is incredibly insightful and inspiring.

Really looking forward to future episodes.
