    Welcome to Ride the Bench, hosted by Matt Brignati, current Division 3 lacrosse student-athlete. Ride the Bench is a sports podcast, where Briggs and his co-hosts will discuss and debate everything going on in the world of sports. What makes RTB different from other podcasts is that it will be geared for athletes. Ride the Bench will make listeners feel like they are riding the bench with us and listening to a conversation you would hear there. All athletes know what a conversation on the bench is like, and RTB will have that feel. Ride the Bench will be a podcast that athletes can go to listen to for advice, stories, and everything in between.  Episodes will be released weekly and  video clips will be posted daily on Tik Tok.
