It's now 2026 and Alex is a single dad of two, nearly 20 stone and coming to terms with the death of his fiancée, and the mother of his children.     Alex is fully recovered from his injury, but a week off the Couch to 5k programme has taken its toll. After taking two months to run 20 consecutive minutes he's back at square one. And as lockdown continues, his resolve to lose weight is tested.
