Got me back into running!

I’m not necessarily Kelly’s target audience (I’m a UK-based male with some running experience) but I stumbled across this brilliant podcast when I was looking for inspiration to get back into running after a long break. I love Kelly’s humble, honest approach to running, both in her general advice and also in her stories which are funny, wise and often quite moving. I’m seven weeks into her guided runs with a first 5k in a year scheduled for next week, and I have Kelly to thank for getting me right back into the swing. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re new to running and want a companion who will motivate and entertain you in equal measures. Keep up the good work Kelly!
