S2 EP 6 - How to let go of control
Let's get spiritual! I'm having so much success right now with a healing programme I've introduced for my clients, I want to share the good stuff with you today!
Learning to let go of control is a tough thing to do but if you can, you will open up so much more of what you want from your life.
Healing through the 7 Chakras is an intense but highly effective form of energy work that can help you get out of your head and into your heart so that you can live the life you always dreamed of.
Science backs up the combined modalities that assist in mental wellbeing through Mind, Body and Spiritual work, so I hope this appeals to all those who are curious about it too!

S2 EP 4 - How a lack of Self-worth shows up
In this episode I explore how a lack of self-worth shows up in our lives.
I hosted a masterclass on this topic recently and I want to share some of the points with you here. The attendee feedback was awesome and many discovered a few revelations whilst I was presenting - which is always cool!
At the end of the day, if you know things aren't going well in your life, you keep repeating the same destructive cycles, only wishing for miracles to happen, then it's time to understand who you are and what you really want from life.
Once you do that, you can live your life aligned to those values, which is give you freedom and help you be happier.
S2 EP 3 - The Connection between your Mother and your Self-worth
In this episode I explore the connection between our mothers and our self-worth. Now this isn’t a mother-bashing show, this is to raise your self-awareness of what part your mother played in you feeling a lack of self-worth. It is to understand why they might have done what they did and how you can now cut the cord and change the story.
I know the connection between my mother and my self-worth and it has taken almost 9 years for me to be able to not react when she does or says anything that might make me regress into child ego-state. This work takes time and practice plus tons of awareness on your part but I promise - having done the work - you will feel so much more free, liberated and know who you are much better.
S2 EP 2 How to be your true authentic self
In today’s show, I’ll be exploring what it means to be your authentic self. If you’ve been in the self-development/ self-help space for a while, you’ll be familiar with the term ‘authentic self’ but what does it actually mean and how can you apply it to your life?
Before I started to go deeper within myself, the term authentic self really bothered me. It was as if all those social media posts were saying that I was fake and so I was resistant to it. So I wanted to break it down for you in my straight-stalking, simple language so that you might be able to embrace it for yourself as well.
S2 Ep1 - The Journey to Truth
Thank you for being patient with me whilst the show was on a hiatus. It was important for me to recognise that I have changed since the show began and to honour this in the best possible way for you. Which is why I've come back and called it season 2.
So I’ve been growing like many of you. During this growth, I’ve noticed that I haven’t been truly honouring who I am and sharing that with you authentically. You see, I’ve been afraid to share the real me, my true purpose and how best I am of service to you because I was afraid that it wouldn’t resonate. I know now that by not sharing my truth with both myself and my community, I have done us a disservice.
In this episode I will take you through some of the revelations that I have experienced whilst working with my coach Emily Wysock-Wright and how that might help support your self-development too.

I somehow found myself listening to pod cast ep. 33 on staying productive in quarantine. It was full of helpful, accessible tips and advice, which I found extremely invaluable at this time of chaos and quarantine. I enjoyed it so much that I have started listening to the back catalogue.
